Dave did an amazing job on the carpet in my house. I waited a few days to write this review to see if any stains came back up and they haven't! I am very pleased. We had a little scheduling conflict at first - I used his online booking option (I would suggest calling and talking to him in person) and it just didn't work out as planned. Not a big deal for me though, it was easy to reschedule and he was out here the next morning. He was here for 2-3 hours and did a great job on the floor. He pointed out areas to me and told me what to look for in the future or what may have caused the stain (such as previous cleanings leaving soap in the carpet). He was very professional, got right to work, and finished rather quickly without compromising quality. I live on acres of dirt and have very light colored carpet so it just attracts all the dirt. He got all stains up and the carpet looking very good for its age. I will definitely have him come back for regular cleanings and highly recommend him to others.

They did wonderful and moved furniture and put back in place when done. I had a very dirty carpet, looked brand new when they were done. He raked the carpet to remove the pattern left behind by the cleaner. He was very punctual.

Excellent service. Stains in the carpet that looked impossible came up. Carpeting looks new.

They completed the cleaning in a timely manner. One are of our carpet had many dogand quot;spotsand quot; frfom where our dog was sick. I NEVER thought they would be able to eliminate them, but they did!

We just bought a new home and wanted to have all the carpeted areas cleaned before moving anything in. Dave Allan, the owner, was able to fit us in on short notice. He called and came out within the window stated. He did a great job cleaning and now the carpet looks new and smells fresh! The price quoted over the phone was exactly what we paid - there was no upselling of other services. We would definitely recommend Dave for carpet cleaning and will, without a doubt, use him again.

Allan was incredibly helpful and professional. I'm leaving this review because he was honest over the phone about him cleaning the apartment and me possibly losing my deposit anyway due to pet urine. He could have easily taken me on as a client, charged me for carpet cleaning and I find out later that the urine stains ran so deep a replacement was necessarily. Instead he tells me that the apartment management may have no intention of giving me back my pet deposit so I might want to forgo the cleaning with his company. Talk about honesty! I really appreciate his advice because he was looking out for me.

They did a very thorough job. The charge was exacly what they quoted on the phone. The were prompt. The quote was less than I expected it to be.

At first I thought I was going to get disappointed, long story short my apt to clean the upstairs carpets (3 bedrooms,hallway and stairs) was scheduled on Oct 16, 2011 on a weekend. I had spoken to Allen and set up the day/time. When that date/time came to be I had not heard or seen Allen? I waited approx 15 min after the scheduled time and gave Allen a call.This was a slight miscommunication in the scheduling, but all in all Allen came through and was at my home within the next hour. Allen was very professional, did a walk thru and did not try to sell me any extra products or add more expenses to the quote he gave me over the phone. One of the bedroom carpets had spots of crayon wax melted into the carpet and Allen took the time an got all the spots out. After the carpet cleaning was completed the carpets (light beige in color looked great! I would definatley use Allen's services again, Thank you Allen Power Cleaning Carpet Services

Carpets were cleaned REALLY well. We just are used to having cleaners mop up excess water and to let us know when they are leaving the property. But understand the carpets were really bad. And he did a REALLY REALLY good job of cleaning them.

After a no-show by another carpet cleaning company I checked Angie's List, then got on the phone and called Power Clean. I explained my predicament to Dave. He apologized for the inaction of the other company, and for not being able to respond immediately to my needs because he was in the middle of a job and had another appointment right afterward. He told me that he could come the next day at 9AM, which he did. I am so glad that Dave did the carpets for us. He did a beautiful job, even where my doggie had left her marks, and our carpet is clean and smells like citrus. My husband and I are very pleased by Dave's quick response, his friendly attitude, and his quality work. I will definitely call him the next time our carpets need to be cleaned because he is responsive and takes great care of his customers. Thanks, Dave!
