+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY SET UP THE COMPUTER SYSTEM AND EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO FIX THE MAIN COMPUTER IF IT WENT DOWN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: TO INSTALL COMPUTER NETWORKING TO COMPUTERS. SETTING UP NETWORK AND CHECKING COMPUTERS FOR ERRORS.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, BUT THEY TOOK A BIT LONGER THAN I THOUGHT THAT THEY WOULD. THEY ERASED A FEW THINGS I DIDN'T THINK THEY WOULD. THEY ERASED ALL MY PROGRAMS SO I HAD TO REINSTALL THE PRINTER AND MY CAMERA. THEY TOOK A DAY EXTRA, BUT OVERALL THE COMPUTER IS WORKING THE WAY I WANT IT TO.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED OUT THE CPU, THEN THEY WIPED IT CLEAN.

+ -1 moreHE DID NOT TRY TO TELL ME IT WOULD NOT WORK. HE SAID IT WAS NO PROBLEM. HE FIXED IT WHILE I WAITED AND IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT FIFTEEN MINUTES AND HE ACTUALLY CLEANED UP MY HARDDRIVE. WHEN I USED TO START IT UP, I USED TO HAVE SIX OR SEVEN THINGS POP UP AND I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THEM AND HE GOT RID OF THEM.
Description of Work: I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT COMPUTERS, AND IT WOULDN'T WORK. HE GOT IT TO WORK. HE REPLACED TWO PARTS.
