1st appointment was setup for Thursday. When he didn't show up by 5, I called and he said he was too busy, he would come out the next day. He came out the next day and looked at my filter which already was taken apart. (He charges $140 for a filter clean so I was motivated to do it myself. I've never paid more than $80 for this) He took the 2 broken panels and manifold to replace and said he would try to get them if his supplier was opened saturday. (didn't know supplier's business hours?) I didn't talk to him till Monday. There was a visit to put the replaced parts back, and a visit to follow up to vacuum. Each visit he no-showed and didn't call. After I called he said he would show up the following day, which he did. At this point I was paid up, and established to start weekly service. He would check the pool and drop off some algae fighting D.E. and a chlorine floater the last Thursday of the month, and start weekly service the next week. He failed to show up or call again so I just cancelled anymore visits. I believe he's absolutely competent in what he does. Perhaps he's either overwhelmingly busy to remember his commitments, or just lacks the respect to update his clients when he's won't be able to make it.

They are a very good company.

The labor charges were fair and reasonable. He replaced a valve rather than trying to repair the old one at my request and I also wanted a new control Box because the old one was rusted and while still working would most likely fail soon.

They did a fine job. He was able to reroute the pipe, and he was very knowledgeable. He had about twenty years of experience. He was very efficient, neat, and clean.

They come out and clean and maintain our pool. They come out anytime we need them to and they do a great job in taking care of our pool. Nick has even done work and not even charged us once and we would highly recommend them.

HE DID A GOOD JOB AND DID IT QUICKLY. HE WAS QUICK TO RESPOND AND FIX THE PROBLEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO HAS PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SPA. HE ALSO GAVE SOME GOOD IDEAS ABOUT POOL CARE.
