My goal is to always ensure the safety and function of your home. I am an ICA (Inspection Certification Associates) certified and follow the ASHI standards of practice. I have previously worked as a journeyman level painter and drywall/finish carpenter for insurance companies along with years of experience within the property management industry as a lead maintenance technician and supervisor. These trades and skills I have learned along the way have allowed me to fine tune my attention to detail/defects and understand the function within a home both inside and out. I'm invested in developing a personal connection with each and every one of my clients by providing quality service that goes above and beyond the average home inspector and being available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have.
