 + -1 moreToday April 9, 2014, approximately 9:29 a.m. I called this provider and asked him to service my tankless water heater because it is dripping. I told the provider that the Rheem water heater company gave me a case number to call them back with the results in case the water heater needs to be replaced since its still under warranty, and Construction Quality Consultants, Inc stated they will pass this type of repair and will not provide service based on the altitude in Tehachapi California. I feel like my request was something simple that could have been fixed, and I don't know why this provider would make excuses not to fix this simple repair.
Description of Work: I called this provider and He did not want to service my tankless water heater.
