+ 0 moreHad an appointment for an estimate with a no call no show. Waited at home for the estimator for 4 hours! Not a good way to run a business! Not sure I would trust the with any roofing needs at this point!

Description of Work: Never showed up at on October 11 appt, no call on 10/13 I called and he came that afternoon. Looked at the roof and would get us am estimate. On 10/23 I called, I was told her would call back that night, no call. I called again and left a message on the answering machine asking for an estimate or let us know if he doesn't want the job so we could call somebody else.

+ -1 moreThey were here when they said they would be, and they did not require any assistance in any way. When they were finished they cleaned up all debris and nails from around my house. If my roof and facia board didn't look so good, I wouldn't have know they had been there.
Description of Work: BTW Roofing not only tore off my old roof and put on a new one, they put up and painted new facia board around the entire house. They worked very hard for long hours,and gave me a good price for both labor and materials. I couldn't be happier with the new roof and their workmanship.

+ -1 moreTyler was also willing to answer all my questions about the process and materials. He actually was good about returning calls and actually showed up to do the estimate. Other contractors in my area were not consistent. BTW started the job on a Thursday and finished on a Tuesday. He took care of all the permitting that was needed in my area. I really felt like he took the job seriously and made sure that the job was done right. I was not required to pay anything until the completion of the project. I am very satisfied with the work.
Description of Work: BTW came to my house and gave me a free estimate to have my roof redone. With in a week and a half, BTW started doing the job. The old roof was ripped of the first day. The yard was relatively cleaned well after this day. The next day the inspector came out to start the permit process which was a Friday. BTW worked Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday as weather permitted. Some days were extremely hot and made the job difficult to do, so they had to end early on Sunday. BTW was punctual for the job every day. The owner of the company was at the site doing the work each and every day. I now have a beautiful new roof.
