As this was an emergency he immediately scheduled an appointment. Our faucet had broken on the master bath shower and it caused a pipe to break. While scheduling we discussed price and the type of faucet to be replaced. I explained I wanted a certain handle on the faucet and he said I could purchase my own and he would install it. I purchased the style I wanted and had it for him at the house for him to install. It was 1 1/2 hours past the appointment time and he called to say he was running late. When he finally arrived, he was 3 hours late and did not offer an apology. I gave him the faucet I had purchased and he went to work. He had previously explained that he would have to cut a hole in the wall to have access to the pipes. He failed to explain that he would not be repairing this hole and that I would have to hire someone else to fix it. As he was so late arriving, I had to leave for an appointment before he completed the repairs. When I returned home I went and checked his work. I was disappointed in the mess he had made and not cleaned up and when I checked the faucet, the was a gap from where the plate cover and the tile where you could see into the wall. Also, the wood frame he cut to access the faucet was not repaired, therefore the pipe and faucet was not secured and moved around when moving the faucet handle. I immediately called him with my concerns and he said " Well that would not have happened if you had used the faucets I have". I told him he did not inform me of this and if he had I would have used his faucet. I was extremely disappointed in his work and lack of professionalism. He was recommended by a co worker whom has never had a problem with his work.

They were terrific. They did the work that they said they were going to do and their demeanor was pleasant but they were not on time. I thought their price was reasonable. They were great when I called them here for the work and then I called them back for another plumbing work but they did not show up.

He was very prompt. He worked hard to fix it. He did a great job.
