I am in awe of the final results of my master bathroom remodel. It is beautiful and I am so pleased and glad I chose Regal Construction. Sean was absolutely great in keeping me informed and responding to my messages. His office manager ''Cindy' was always responsive and very helpful. Sean had a vision for my bathroom remodel that I could not imagine and I put my trust in him because he made me feel his company would stand by their word....and they did!... I was impressed with the total crew. They showed up every expected day, worked all day, and cleaned up when they left. Many days I was out of town and they made sure my home was secured when they left.. Regal Construction demolished my bathroom and did a complete remodel. After demolition, it was discovered an old roman tub was below the foundation and had to be removed. This also required rebuilding the foundation which was a huge additional cost! They built a beautiful shower, insulated the walls, electrical, copper plumbing, painted, new toilet, a custom vanity and installed a jacuzzi tub with a window looking out at a view of the city! The workmanship of the tile is fantastic and also the custom vanity. My experience with Regal Construction was extremely positive from the first encounter with Sean until the end. I felt like we became friends because he was consistently involved in my project... From helping with tile selection, fixtures, changes, suggestions, etc. The extended time period to finish the project was due to the foundation repair and my requests of no work days (which they were very accommodating). I can not say enough about Regal Construction.....they were fantastic! Thank you Regal for my new bathroom !

Sean sent me a 3D design of the kitchen I wanted within a week. We met a few days after, made some changes and signed the contract. Although the price is a bit higher than what I thought it will cost... I have a feeling it worth it. The work is scheduled to start next Monday, and I will post again ones we are done:-)

We felt that the whole experience was a positive one. we felt the price was a bit high, however the work was quality at it's best. Carpet was protected, bathroom door was closed at all times so as not to disturb us. They answered any questions we had, were responsible with their time and informed us if they were going to leave the premiss to purchase something they needed for the job completion and the approximate time they'd be back. Sean the owner kept on top of the remodel and kept us informed of what was happening and what the next step would be. When the job was completed, he came to inspect the job, and then sat down with us to say goodbye and collect the balance due.

I wanted to revamp the look of my master bedroom to give it a more modern look. I also wanted to extend the size of my bedroom. I received estimates from different remodeling construction agencies and finally decided to go with Regal. The estimate they gave me was reasonable because I felt like Asaf was qualified and actually saw my vision and said he would work with me as well as Sean. So far i am very pleased with the promises they made and have been keeping. They keep me updated and informed on any issue that they feel I might want to put my input in.

We are very pleased with Regal Construction work, last year they remodeled our kitchen and we were very satisfied with the outcome of our kitchen it's so beautiful. So when we were ready to remodel our bathroom we call Sean Aichel with Regal Construction again because we knew they would do a great job. At our first meeting Sean ask what we wanted done in our bathroom. We told him what we wanted done then he came back with a 3D printout on how it would look which we loved. Once everything is agreed on we set up the start date. They demolished the entire bathroom and removed all debris, when this was completed they discovered water damaged. They removed all the plywood, floor joist. Then they upgraded the sewer line and plumbing and also installed shower fixtures. They also reinforce house under the bathroom, jack level work area and installed new pads and floor joists. Once every thing was done on the floor they completed and upgraded all the electrical then they installed our tub. They insulated the walls and put new dry wall once this was done they prepared the walls for tile. The tile was completed on floor and walls and came out beautiful and elegant they also made shelves in the shower and tub area using mosaic tile. After this was done they primed and painted all the walls. Then they installed vanity and top, faucets, toilet, mirror, shower rod, GFI outlets, 2 recess lights LED, vanity lights, exhaust fan and base board. This completed the work on our bathroom which came out beautiful. They also removed our old patio roof and replaced a new one with the material that we wanted. We are very pleased with the work done by Regal employees there was never a mess in our home. They clean up after them self every day we would recommend Regal Construction to any one who love quality and craftsmanship you will be very pleased with their work. I wanted to revamp the look of my master bath to give it a more modern look. I also wanted to extend the size of my bedroom. I had used another company before to do other work on my house but Regal came highly recommended also. The estimate they gave me was reasonable because I felt like Sean was qualified and actually saw my vision and said he would work with me every step of the way. So far I am very pleased with the punctuality and the agreements we've made. I am always updated and informed on any issue or major decision.The project is currently still in progress but everything is going very well and I am confident that the work will be done by the scheduled date. So far I am loving the results and the job isn't done yet so I can imagine the finished project will look amazing. They have been on schedule every time and answer all of the questions I have promptly. Going into this project I felt like it would be quite a big headache but working with Sean has been a very smooth experience. He truly cares about my vision and enjoys helping me find different designs and accents for the final look of my room. I would recommend Regal because of their genuine interest of what a customer wants and great attention to detail. I'm going to have my patio remodeled as well as my backyard bar as soon as they finish my bedroom project. I am looking forward to rehiring them again

First the demolition crew arrived and removed everything from the bathroom and hauled it away. Next day the electricians and plumbers arrived to move and update electrical as well as move and update plumbing features. I wanted the vanity light fixture up a little higher, they were happy to do so. Also relocated the shower head to the other side of the shower. putting in a shower only -no tub. Soon we had the tile floor put down then the vanity was brought in. Tile was put in to my specifications in the shower and the back splash was put in the back of the vanity. Next all the new fixtures were put in, shower tiles sealed and lastly the custom shower door and special glass piece were put in. PRESTO -- Gorgeous new bathroom! As with any construction project there were a couple small glitches. The toilet I purchased kept running-they removed it and put in a new one. The cement walls didn't dry as quickly as we hoped and there we lost a day of work. Our local inspector only works a couple days a month so we had to wait on him a few times We had a few days away on vacation which delayed construction and one of their employees needed a day off too. ( it worked out) I'm THRILLED with my new bathroom!!!

Based on a “Big Deal” on Angie’s list, I first contacted Regal in 2013 for a partial remodel of our kitchen and decided to wait a bit to better afford the work. We decided to go forward with the work in April of 2014 and researched contractors and their on line reviews. We called Regal and met Sean, owner/manager. Based on our conversations with Sean and the large number of great on line reviews of Regal, we ultimately decided on a complete remodels of the kitchen and master bath. We couldn’t be happier. The materials used are first class. Sean’s crew are perfectionists and obsessive about cleaning up each day. The expected mess was held to an absolute minimum. Sean was very responsive and patient with our many changes – including adding a skylight to the kitchen. The final results are beautiful. We are very proud of the results. We will use Regal again without hesitation.

We worked with Sean as our general contractor and he was great. Fantastic communication and a honest dedication to making sure everything was done right. The main project was the renovation of our master bathroom. Sean helped with the general concept and design ideas. He was great to collaborate with and even gave us knowledgeable vendors that had a great tile selection where we went together to pick out the tile and accents and vanity top. He had also brought us to the cabinet makers shop which was very impressive. We picked out design for our vanity and when we saw it installed we were amazed. The foreman who worked in our place did great work, was polite and courteous, and cleaned up nicely every day since we were living in the space while the work was happening. The work was done on schedule and more than exceeded our expectations. The bathroom is gorgeous and the attention to detail was meticulous. We love showing it off to our friends whenever we have dinner parties or out of town guest come in. Once we completed the bathroom renovation, we also hired him to install a new vanity top and sink in a second bathroom, to do some general repairs to walls that were cracking and had major nail pops, and also to build a small closet upstairs. He gave us a great deal on the extra work and it was done extremely quick. Overall, it was a great experience - I really enjoyed working with the whole group. Sean is a great contractor who clearly cares very much about the quality of his work and the experience of his customers.

Great, Great Work!!! We found out about Regal Construction from my close girlfriend. Her family just redid their kitchen, she had a great experience them so I decided to call them as well and I also found that they come highly recommended on Angie's List. We had them come out to look at our kitchen, bath, floors as well as the ceiling. He spent time taking measurements and patiently running different ideas to us. I really wanted ton have an open kitchen with granite counter tops, recessed lighting and new floors, he had some great layout ideas and let us know what we can do with the kitchen. He helped us with all the questions we had, we love how patient he was and how he always made sure that we were all on the same page during the whole renovation time. We got a great price with the Angie's list coupon so we decided do some other things around the house; we got rid of our popcorn ceiling throughout the house and they repainted the whole inside of the home with two different colors and redid one of our bathroom's. I was really scared that the renovations would take long, and my family and I would be uncomfortable for months, but to my very happy surprise they were able to complete the project within 5 weeks! I really appreciate how the foreman and crew worked so hard everyday to make our home everything we imagined it to be. They were really great hard working guys and we really enjoyed our experience with them.

See above. We have not yet done any renovation due to the total quote which was in the $25,000, money which we dont have right now. I have no issues with the vendor but I did find the implication of a 3D rendering misleading, but what do you expect for $39 I guess?

Regal Construction & Remodeling Inc couldn't honor the scheduled appointment, twice.

They could not make it out to the appointment. I was in communication with them through phone calls and they were good about that. I needed them to come out at a certain time, because I was in the middle of a remodel, but they were not able to do that within the time frame. We then were in contact about getting a refund for the Big Deal.

We started with Regal Construction in December and finished the bathroom in January. It clearly took longer than anticipated. The largest delay was not having the components already picked out and purchased and shipped to our home. I wouldn?t start any kitchen or bath project until all parties have agreed upon the components and they are in the home. We had delays with tile shipments, big discussions on what type of glass for the shower, then delays on the glass order. We had a medicine cabinet part arrive broken in shipment, which delayed even more. None of these delays were because of Regal but regardless they were delays. Sean showed us a quick computer drawing of the bathroom, but we never had the specifics printed on a drawing sheet. At first a bathroom sounds easy, but when you add sizes and placements of shower and soap boxes, it?s best to agree and have it printed on paper. The tile workmanship was good, but we had to have them replace edges that just were not great. We would have preferred for Sean to notice the problems and fix them, and not wait for our friends and us to complain about them. But Sean did fix them. Bathrooms can be complicated in old homes. We had more charges for bad flooring and pipes and electrical issues. I would suggest you ask the GC about what extra charges might happen before they start. I have to think a GC could explore in more detail the potential issues. I think they are afraid of losing the bid to a lower priced vendor, but I like to know up front what charges could happen. Save another 20 to 30% of the costs to add after the initial bid if you have an older home. We were upset that since they opened up the entire bathroom, that they could have done a better job changing some of the plumbing. They realized the shower hot water line wrapped around under the house, but the newer water heater was outside on the others side of the wall and they rerouted the shower hot water for no extra costs. BUT they didn?t do the same for the sink. Being our first bathroom remodel, we didn?t think of that issue and how easy it would have been to solve it. Thus, after the walls were closed, we had to hire another plumber for $300 to change the hot water line for the sink. I really think Sean?s guys should have told us that. It would have been VERY simple when the walls were open. They didn?t use primer on the door trim to the bathroom and it just peeled off. We had other painters bring that up to our attention. I think knowing to put primer on oil based paint would have been a given. They installed the shower hot/cold reversed. I had to explain several times how the water flow should work. He brought in a 2nd plumber and he quickly understood the flow of the water. ALL of the workmen that came to the house were nice and very polite and on time and we trusted them. Language barriers sometimes complicated minor issue. Sean has access to very qualified players when needed, but I think those qualified players should have been around a little more often checking the work of the other workers. In any major (yes bathroom is major?.don?t fool yourself) take the time to plan and purchase your items BEFORE you begin. I don?t blame Sean for us starting too quickly, since we were eager to be done before Christmas, but with all the delays as mentioned above, we were finished in early February. I wish he was more strong on saying, we shouldn?t start until the items have been selected and delivered to the site. It may sound easy to pick out lights, faucets, mirrors, towel bars, but it?s a lot of work. We found GREAT items at Snyder Diamond. We were not happy with Loews or Home Depot. My job is sales with larger projects and my clients say that issues always come up in large projects and it?s the vendor that gets the client through the problems is whether they get repeat business. Sean at times could become very defensive, but in the end we trusted him to make the right decisions and make us happy. People walk into our home and rave about the bathroom, so the end result was positive and we are happy!

They reason i got this was to get some ideas for redesigning my bathroom to get some design ideas and get an idea of cost. I called, left a message and the lady (I can't remember her name) promptly called me back and scheduled the guy to come out (I think his name is Shawn). He made it out, and showed up on time, and we talked about options for redesigning the master bathroom. We talked about several options, he took notes, and finished up. I think the mistake in expectations was mine. I was expecting to get blueprint type products out of it for the 3D renderings. That wasn't the case, It was approximate drawings (i.e. 10 foot vs 9 foot 8 1/2 inches). Anyway, it took a bit longer than expected to get the drawings. It seems Shawn had some emergencies he needed to deal with (no problem it happens). They girl was always very responsive in returning my calls. Shawn had talked about taking me to one of his job sites to show me the quality of work they do. We had roughly set it up for the weekend after he did the evaluation... he never called the weekend of to set that up and after talking tot he girl that is how I found out about the emergency. Anyway, since of course the main reason behind this coupon is for them to do the follow up work. He called me a few times to see if I was ready to start the work. I politely told him not yet, and honestly doing that might work and money into my house would be over investing in it, and I wasn't ready for that. he told me he understood and if I changed my mind to give them a call. I didn't get any actual work don't but I feel like they would do a good job.

A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a coupon on Angie?s List for an estimate ? I really need my shower and bathroom remodeled but I had no idea where to start! So I contacted Regal Construction because they had a $39 coupon for what I needed. I got a prompt response from them regarding good times for them to come over to my place; I was actually the one who ended up being too busy! When I did get back to them about good times for me, they were super accommodating and made an appointment for me for the next day. Sean called me before coming out and when we met, he was very pleasant and humorous. I showed him the state of my bathroom and shower, and explained that I am very much interested in doing something, just not sure what can be done, and also, I prefer to not spend all my remodeling money on the shower and bathroom. So Sean showed me some of his ideas for what can be done; he was very thorough and really helped me to get visuals of what is possible for my bathroom within my budget! He gave me some info about some of the previous work that he?s done with bathrooms and explained that he likes to use his experience not to repeat what he?s done before, but rather, to tailor his experience to my needs. I thought that was an inspired way to begin this type of work. He gave me a step-by-step plan of how this work is usually done, and gave me a timeline, so that I can know what to expect. That?s pretty important to me because on the one hand, I do want to get it done but at the same time, I also kind of want to get it over with? Sean was cool with it, and said that clients often feel this way. I did contact another contractor to get some ideas and prices; and they were really nice on the phone, but when the guy came over ? it was a completely different experience! He just kind of gave me a quick rundown of what I can expect to be done and how much everything would cost, gave me his card and left! Although it was at a lower cost than the Regal Construction offer, I really didn?t feel comfortable going through with their services. I mean, I got so much more info from the Regal folks and an actual thorough outline of several options and how much they would be. I couldn?t even compare the level of professionalism between the second contractor and the Regal contractor. I definitely recommend the Regal Construction folks ? it?s so worth the $39! Now I am looking forward to actually starting (and finishing) the work. Bottom line, I got loads of info for 39 bucks! Now I just need to go over the ideas that Sean gave me and the pointers that he suggested and decide on the next step. Appreciate the time and the great deal!

They promised the design in a couple of days. Over a week later I had to follow up and inquire about where was the design. I received it a few days later. The 3D design was professionally done. The price quoted to do the job was really high.

The company was nice, but they were not able to do the work in time.

My wife and I were shocked and angered by Sean's cavalier way of disposing of our job. Long story short, he came out, made a good impression and we decided to hire him. We agreed on a price of about $52,000 for remodeling our kitchen. The last workday before the demolition was supposed to start on a Monday, he called to say that he had made a "mistake" on our bid. The "mistake" was that he "forgot" to add in the cost of the drawer boxes, the wood for the face frames, etc. ad nauseum. The bad news was that his "mistake" meant that the price went up $8,000. Suffice to say, that we told Sean to get lost. We are still aghast at what he did. The only reasons we can conjure up for his actions are (1) he is truly lame and forgot the drawer boxes, etc., (2) he figured we would roll over because we wanted so much to get this thing done or (3) he got another job that would make more money for him. At least he sent back the deposit check. We didn't tell him that we stopped payment on that check instantly. Estimated cost: 52000.00

The provider gave us a 3D rendering of our space, from 3 different angles, and work specifications of three different options, and the cost estimates for each option. I was happy with our estimates and the 3D renderings.

they came on time. they asked what I was looking to remodel. I told them the kitchen. Gave them ideas of what I wanted the kitchen to look like. a few days later they send me pictures of what the kitchen would look liked remodeled. I was expecting a little more like the kitchen plans for the remodeling. a little more indept information. but I guess that was my fault for not reading the coupon correctly..

First of all the estimate is on the high side to redo my small kitchen... For me to check out samples of materials, the company's showroom is too far from my location.... My design had the microwave over the range and that idea is not very good because of the CFM's requirements needed to properly vent the heat from the range. My overall experience with Sean was positive and I did find him very knowledge and helpful with ideas. The key here is do our homework! Larry

We didn't go with them. The drawings were OK, but it took more time than originally promised. They really aren't that close to us so I was very skeptical about using them for such a big project. My fault, not theirs.

I was very impressed with Sean's design vision and no pressure to use his services. He listened to my concerns, offered options that I had not thought of and most of all offered to take me to see current projects he was doing that were similar to my project. He was very professional, courteous and responsive. He spent hours with me and returned with 3-D renderings after taking measurements. I have decided to use Regal Construction to remodel my master bathroom.
