Description of Work: I paid for 3-D for 2 bathrooms. The guy that came out was prompt but moving at the speed of light. Really didn't spend time to go over the work needed. I think was just over anxious and wanting to make a deal. He was very nice. Estimate given verbally. I need contracts. Got no 3D. I did call and they told me I had to contact Angie's List. I had no time for that. They were very nice on the phone. I would be willing to meet again on a slower more detailed estimate.

Hello, Adequate time in the first meeting between potential client and contractor is important due to the fact that a thorough look at the scope of work is necessary to provide a 3D rendering. Since our time was cut short and proper measurements weren't recorded our contractor didn't feel comfortable sending a sub par 3D rendering. It would be our pleasure to arrange another meeting were you have a sufficient amount of time to sit down with our contractor. Unfortunately Angie's List policies on returns are handled in there financial department not in ours, but Angie's List is very efficient on returns if you ever decide to contact them about your situation.

Description of Work: Contacted Regal in early September to get an estimate for some remodel work on my condo. Kitchen update, redo master bathroom and two guest bathrooms, install ceiling fans. Got confirmation that appointment was scheduled for 1-1:30 on a Friday. I got a call at 11am that the worker would like to come early. I work full time, but was able to head home early to be there at 12pm when he showed up. | |I walked the guy through the work that needed to be done. He asked some questions, wrote down some notes and said he would get back to me the following week with an estimate. That week came and went and I never heard a thing. I followed up with Regal via email on the next week and never heard a thing. To this day I have never heard a thing. Needless to say, they didn't get the job. | |So while I can't speak for the quality of their work, I would be concerned with hiring a company like this who doesn't even follow up with their customers.

Unfortunately right around the time we met with you we were moving to a new office. We had difficulties setting up the computers and your email might have fell through the cracks. By the time we had the system up and running we tried to send you the estimate because we had the wrong email so we called twice but unfortunately no one answered. Our contractor informed you that there was no need for a rendering because there was any layout changes. You received a refund which we honored. After we provided two proposals one for a partial and complete kitchen. Soon after we tried to follow up with you several times but we never received a response.

Description of Work: I purchased a kitchen computer-generated design. The designer who came to my home listened to my wants and needs and sent a design with an estimate in a few days time. It seemed high to me, and I had some questions about the design itself. The office liaison was courteous, but there was some miscommunication somewhere. The designer did revise his estimate, and some questions had to be addressed through emails. I have many decisions to make before going ahead with my project, but would likely consider hiring this company, as they were good about follow up, responded promptly to inquiries and seemed concerned about doing a high quality project.

Description of Work: they did my kitchen. it looks fabulous. i absolutely love it. i loved sean, he was so professional and courteous at all times. he kept his word which was HUGE. and he finished the job EARLY - which was no easy task. he really knows what he's doing and surrounds himself with crews who know what they are doing as well. wish i had more property for him to make beautiful.

Hello, We do not charge and have never charged for our estimates. You purchased a deal from us to do a 3D design which at the time cost $49. Once we went to your house we found that you wanted to remodel the kitchen like for like. There was no layout change or anything to design. We informed you of that and also that you are welcome to ask for a refund through Angie's List. We still provided you with an estimate of the work which we said would be 30k. When we followed up you didn't remember who gave you what bid and thought that we had said it would be 38k and were not willing to discuss further on the phone which the office manager who followed up with you. Although you may not have choose our bid or service for your work we definitely did provide good customer service and feel that an "F" review holds no merit against our professionalism, work quality or customer service.
