Description of Work: They remodeled two bathrooms and repaired and painted a bedroom. They were considerate, hardworking and knowledgeable. Only two glitches (a missing plumbing part and placing a faucet too close to back splash)made the only B response. Otherwise the experience was great. They changed their schedule to accommodate my mother's hospital stays and are so trustworthy; I could leave and they'd leave everything clean and secure. The owner is fantastic, not only to me but to his workers.

Description of Work: I got a quote for a new kitchen. I felt that Regal Construction was very reasonable. I had a great feeling about them. I would definitely contract them and probably will hopefully in the near future.

Description of Work: I paid for 3-D for 2 bathrooms. The guy that came out was prompt but moving at the speed of light. Really didn't spend time to go over the work needed. I think was just over anxious and wanting to make a deal. He was very nice. Estimate given verbally. I need contracts. Got no 3D. I did call and they told me I had to contact Angie's List. I had no time for that. They were very nice on the phone. I would be willing to meet again on a slower more detailed estimate.

Description of Work: Contacted Regal in early September to get an estimate for some remodel work on my condo. Kitchen update, redo master bathroom and two guest bathrooms, install ceiling fans. Got confirmation that appointment was scheduled for 1-1:30 on a Friday. I got a call at 11am that the worker would like to come early. I work full time, but was able to head home early to be there at 12pm when he showed up. | |I walked the guy through the work that needed to be done. He asked some questions, wrote down some notes and said he would get back to me the following week with an estimate. That week came and went and I never heard a thing. I followed up with Regal via email on the next week and never heard a thing. To this day I have never heard a thing. Needless to say, they didn't get the job. | |So while I can't speak for the quality of their work, I would be concerned with hiring a company like this who doesn't even follow up with their customers.

Description of Work: I purchased a kitchen computer-generated design. The designer who came to my home listened to my wants and needs and sent a design with an estimate in a few days time. It seemed high to me, and I had some questions about the design itself. The office liaison was courteous, but there was some miscommunication somewhere. The designer did revise his estimate, and some questions had to be addressed through emails. I have many decisions to make before going ahead with my project, but would likely consider hiring this company, as they were good about follow up, responded promptly to inquiries and seemed concerned about doing a high quality project.

Description of Work: they did my kitchen. it looks fabulous. i absolutely love it. i loved sean, he was so professional and courteous at all times. he kept his word which was HUGE. and he finished the job EARLY - which was no easy task. he really knows what he's doing and surrounds himself with crews who know what they are doing as well. wish i had more property for him to make beautiful.
