Sean was very personable and professional. From start to finish, everything worked out fine. The men who actually came to do the work on the three/four days that it took to get everything complete always came on time, worked diligently and always vacuumed and cleaned everything up before leaving. We are pleased with our new kitchen and only spent $100.00 more than the original price of $3800.00 that was quoted. This was because we didn't have some needed supplies to connect the faucet and disposal. When it was discovered that we needed to get these items to complete the job, the guys went to Home Depot and bought them for us and returned to the house to complete the installation. I would definitely use Regal again - hopefully when we're ready to update our bathroom!

Sean and his crew installed 1100sf of tile inside and out in my recently renovated condo. Sean made a very difficult process extremely easy. My HOA required all kinds of quaIifications/meetings that Sean completely took care of. In addition, I work full time and was unable to be in the unit while Regal was performing their work. Although at first I was a little concerned; Sean and his team were extremely professional and cleaned up after themselves every evening. My major concern from the get go was that Regal Construction did not specialize in flooring. I met with several other companies that only specialized in flooring but went with Regal because of the first meeting that I had with Sean which made me feel very confident in Regal's capabilities. I am an architect and am very detail oriented. My condo does not have many square walls which greatly increased the amount of work that Regal had to perform. Sean and his guys were extremely professional, worked very hard and exceeded my expectations. I am soo happy with the final product! In the future, whether flooring or not, I will definately use Regal Construction in any sort of remodel that I decide to do.

This was a new bathroom installation (shower, sink and toilet) in a loft that had no original plumbing installed. Sean presented some very good ideas that we hadn?t considered. Sean and his crew did an excellent job and were innovative when confronted with some plumbing issues. During his visits, the city building inspector had NO written squawks on any of the framing, plumbing or electrical work. The new wall framing used straight, clear studs and everything was true and square. They even reinforced the flooring in the high traffic and load areas of the bathroom. (What you can?t see is often more important than what you can see!) They kept the work areas clean and the job was completed on time. We were most impressed by the tile work in the shower. Fernando is an artist. We thought the pricing was a bit high but it was well worth it for the quality. Sean did not hesitate in addressing some minor fix-it items at the close of the job. Good work by all.

Overall, I am very satisfied. Great work, and I would most definitely hire them again.

I’m a tough customer. I demand quality and pride in workmanship. I also require respect for myself as well as for the sanctity of my home. This puts me at odds with most contractors. Fortunately, I had good overall results with Regal. When I first called, they were efficient in setting up the estimate and actually showed up when promised! Sean worked with me on the price and we set up the job to install a half-bath in a former closet area. He is easy-going and congenial. I went into the contractual relationship with trepidation and doubt, having had some bad experiences with other contractors. It was a bit tough for them to accommodate my constant scrutiny, questions and preferences, but they were patient and diplomatic, unlike other contractors who treated my requests and preferences as though they were intolerable affronts, acting as though the house belonged to them; not me. By contrast, Regal was respectful.I was in charge of buying the fixtures, supplies and so forth, since I wanted to pick out everything myself. Because the door needed to be custom-ordered and pre-hung, and I had a hard time finding the right faucet and lights, work was delayed a couple of times. That was my own fault, and they were patient with me. I watched some of their work and knit picked when I thought it was necessary: "Please center the sconce a little more...please recess the alarm box a bit more..., etc." Having worked in construction in the past, I do have some strong opinions about how things should be done and had to insist on certain things, such as not putting any wash-water or paint in the ground and not shaking out the tarps over the lawn. I’m a home gardener, and most people in construction don’t understand that excess cement or plaster is not good for plants. But, bit-by-bit, they won more and more respect from me. They impressed the heck out of me with their installation of the travertine and with the remarkable smoothness of their drywall-topping coat. Kudo’s to Manuel, Humberto and Jackson - all hard workers and real nice guys. The main strength of Regal is that I was able to work with them: on price, on start times, on design and on procedures. The result is a beautiful half-bath. For now, I would rate the company a B+. But then again, I’m a tough customer. No one else has rated higher than a “C” for me.

We talked to a large number of contractors before starting our project; walking through the proposed job, getting ideas and cost estimates. We decided to go with Sean because he's incredibly personable, has great ideas on how to transform our outdated kitchen to a beautiful modern kitchen, and has reasonable prices. We had initially planned on replacing a wall of cabinets with an island, but essentially leaving the kitchen layout alone. Sean was the only one who expanded on that with the idea of moving the stove to the island to recenter the kitchen and gaining a lot of useful counter space. We were extremely pleased with both Sean and his crew. They were hardworking, polite, punctual, clean, organize and skilled. They finished the job ahead of schedule with no unpleasant surprises. Sean has a keen eye for design and made great suggestions on the look and the functionality on some aspects of the remodel. He provided us with guidance and suggestions which we really appreciated. We are thoroughly enjoying our kitchen and are happy to have found a talented honest contractor with a skilled crew. I have bragged about our remodeling experience to my co-workers because it was so positive. We highly recommend him to anyone.

It was the best construction experience I had. Sean was excellent helping us with envisioning the final product. His computer design and detailed estimates, really helped us understanding the project. There were hardly any surprises. There was a full crew working throughout the house 6 days a week, for 9 weeks. The company did what they said they would do, and always on time with excellent workmanship. Most important is that Sean was honest from day one, there was no hidding fees!!!! Although Sean's estimate wasn't the lowest I got. It was defiantly worth to pay a little more and get a pain free home remodeling.

Sean is the owner and managed the work. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and always returned calls on a timely basis. The work was done on time and was done well. I'm no expert, but others commented on how well the job got done. The tile work looked especially nice. Sean's pricing was higher than some others, but he was flexible when he became aware of other bids that were lower. If you feel it's most important to have a remodeling job professionally done, on time, and with great results (even if it might cost a little more), then Regal is an excellent way to go.

I found Regal construction on google back in october. Other then them I had only one other bid from someone my cousin used and recommended. I had them both take me to see jobs they have recently completed and I was blown away. The quality of work I saw with Regal made the decision for me. I'm the type of person who wants it done right the first time! Needless to say everything turned out beautifully and I am very pleased.

We are very happy we had Regal Construction working on this with us. We have wanted to do this project for a long time but had trouble deciding what we wanted. Sean was very patient with us unlike other contractors we have seen. He worked with us on many design ideas to make sure we were happy. The crew was great and always showed up on time! We will be doing more work with them soon.

We called regal construction when we were doing our windows, kitchen and carpets and right away we new they were the right ones for the job. We have had many compliments on our new house (Cause it looks like a totally new house then before) and we couldn't be happier. I referred them to my mom and they are doing her bathrooms next week! Regal Construction was wonderful. We brought in Sean and his team to remodel a kitchen that was destroyed due to water damage. He worked with us every step of the way and respected our needs. We hired Regal Construction & Remodeling to do a complete master Bathroom Remodel last month and the finished product is absolutely beautiful! The tile work was perfect and we are very impressed with it. I want to thank you guys for your hard work and honesty throughout the entire remodel.
