Description of Work: I had questions and wanted a general quote. They were responsive and helpful even though they knew I wasn't ready to commit to anything at the moment. I felt their quote was reasonable and after have another two vendors not return calls their responsiveness and professionalism was appreciated

Description of Work: Sean was personable, professional and polite. The cost per sq.ft. For an addition, I got was $135-300. I talked to 3 builders. Regal was on the high end of pricing, $180-280 sq.ft. I would have to sign a $5,150 contract for architectural & engineering plans then I would see the $49 3D design of room addition ad offered. Sean's bid stated "room addition". New bathroom and "to match existing interior construction " was left out. I did not use regal because of the high cost. The architect/engineering cost was half the cost of 1st builder I spoke to.

Description of Work: The Big Deal of $49 for the kitchen remodeling was purchased; however we ended up in going with a much larger project (room addition and Kitchen remodeling)about $82K budget. We are only 2 weeks into the project. I will send the review on completion of the project.

Description of Work: Eric from Regal Construction was very helpful. He provided me with the best rendering of the project I received from any of the construction companies I interviewed. I did not end up using them because their quote was a little bit higher than some of the others. I'm sure they do good work.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon which was supposed to provide me with a 3-D rendering of the remodel proposed. I received nothing. They insisted on coming back after the original consultation and quote before they would provide the drawing. So I got nothing for something. Not happy.

Description of Work: Sean from Regal Construction was very professional and provided samples of his work. He spent a lot of time with us. We decided not to have our countertops done at this time because of the additional amount it would cost over the coupon amount for everything we wanted done. We would need to budget a little more for this kitchen project. We would contact Sean again in the future.

Description of Work: The company was fine, but the coupon deal wasn't clear. I didn't end up with renderings. The visit and quote were so preliminary, that I'm sure they would have been complimentary.
