Description of Work: The Big Deal of $49 for the kitchen remodeling was purchased; however we ended up in going with a much larger project (room addition and Kitchen remodeling)about $82K budget. We are only 2 weeks into the project. I will send the review on completion of the project.

Description of Work: Eric from Regal Construction was very helpful. He provided me with the best rendering of the project I received from any of the construction companies I interviewed. I did not end up using them because their quote was a little bit higher than some of the others. I'm sure they do good work.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon which was supposed to provide me with a 3-D rendering of the remodel proposed. I received nothing. They insisted on coming back after the original consultation and quote before they would provide the drawing. So I got nothing for something. Not happy.

Hello, I tried to call you a few times to explain but I am not able to get a hold of you. We do have a process we go by. After my contractor came out we sent you the estimate and asked if we could have a second meeting to go over the design so that we could make any necessary changes. I never got a response to our email so I tried to call. When I called I got your husband on the phone, he asked me to hold so he could talk to you and when he came back he said you guys were done with this project. I would be happy to send you the design that has been done for you but I never knew you were not willing to meet and go over the design with my contractor otherwise we would have sent it to you. Description of Work: Sean from Regal Construction was very professional and provided samples of his work. He spent a lot of time with us. We decided not to have our countertops done at this time because of the additional amount it would cost over the coupon amount for everything we wanted done. We would need to budget a little more for this kitchen project. We would contact Sean again in the future.

At the first meeting the customer wasn't sure on the layout they wanted so we were unable to put together a design at that time. We gave them a few ideas and options to discuss and let us know what they wanted to do. After a couple weeks we followed up with the customer to see if they had decided on what options they wanted to do and (deleted member name) told us they had decided to put the project off and hadn't made any decisions. We would be happy to work with them again on the plan and provide the design as promised when the customer is ready to revisit the bathroom project.
