+ 0 moreI was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the two workers. They were on time, wore special booties to protect the floor, and worked hard. They explained everything to me before starting, then worked quietly and steadily from early morning until noon. After a short lunch break, they continued until the job was done at 2:00.
Description of Work: The job included cleaning six ducts, carpets in two rooms, and upholstery on an 8 foot sofa and four chairs.

+ -1 moreMarsha is a pleasure to work with and a true professional. Highly recommend. None of the bait and switch stuff that some companies try, she is true to her word, and her employees match her good will.
Description of Work: Pride of Los Angeles came in, cleaned our carpets, but did more than just that! Our dog, when learning her ''business'' imparted several yellow stains (and accompanying odor) to our otherwise off white/light gray carpet. Pride of Los Angeles got rid of those stains, in addition, we have teenage daughters; translation, makeup on the carpet, etc. All cleaned up beautifully. On time, too! Also did my parent's house, with positive results!
