Most Wanted Tree Service

This guy goes by the following aliases...."Keilin D. Alvarez Andino", "K", "K1 Assistance", "K-1 Assistance" and now "Most Wanted Tree Service" as company names. Fortunately I'm an attorney and have hired a PI for more details. I will be filing for litigation on grounds of Fraud and Embezzlement once the investigation packet arrives. Keilin, or "K" as he likes to go by use to provide gardening services in the West SFV. When we moved into the area he was maintaining a neighbors property. The neighbor happened to be a retired LAPD officer. I met the neighbor and asked about his services. He mentioned that when "K" did the work it was good. However, you had to stay on his case by constantly calling or contacting him. "K" would miss a week or two but would return and overhaul the whole property for the whole day to get it up to par. Based on this service, "K" and I signed a contract for services. He required a $1000.00 advance. He never showed up after that and never returned the funds. Instead, he started MOST WANTED TREE SERVICE. The only thing MOST WANTED about the company is Mr. Andino himself. Check the other review for "K1 Assistance" here on Angie's. I wish I would have found the original review before working with this guy. The previous reviewer from 2011 for K1 Assistance is absolutely CORRECT! I am experiencing the exact traits that person defined. Dont fall for his tricks. He might tell you that he wants to make your house into a "Showcase" house and will want an advance deposit.....and that's it! You wont see him except sporadically, if that! Keilin: - Upsell's - Dishonest - M.I.A for weeks!! - Non-Punctual - Disconnected phone regularly! I ran into one of his guys and was told he's in Guatemala!! WHAT!?? You might as well be dealing with a "drug dealer" type of person....I'm not saying he's a drug dealer, just saying they probably share very similar traits
