I had a couple of issues with my unit since he installed it. His estimate came in cheaper than others, and I went ahead and did it. He has come out a few times to put in freon after a major leak, and then has refused after the second time. The coils that he gave me were not compatible with the condenser. The condenser that he used was defective. He even took the platform I have in the ceiling that holds my unit. I even recommended him to someone after he installed our unit, and I am still treated like this.
Description of Work: I had him install a new HVAC unit for my household.

Very well, very prompt, clean, easy to work with. Derek has been very accessible if I have had any questions over the past two years and has warrantied the work. He is always easy to reach and comes over to check something out whenever needed. I have had no problems with my unit in the past two years.
Description of Work: Installed A/C at my house in Los Angeles in May 2006.
