MDRN (Guil and Eyal) did an amazing job of renovating our entire house, managing their crew, and working within our budget. And his team did quite a bit of work (recessed lights, updating internet infrastructure, painting every room, staining support beams, replacing all floors & all doors, new baseboards, new tile in the bathrooms, new vanities, and 5 different custom walnut pieces). He was available to us day and night if we never needed anything or had any questions or concerns. If there were any issues, Guil would take full responsibility and ensure the issues were corrected. Guil gave us some creative and unique solutions ( for example the walnut TV Mount) which made it very exciting to live in our new home.

I hired MDRN remodeling to do several projects at the beginning of 2021, including exterior paint, new flooring, a complete backyard renovation & a bathroom renovation. I have heard so many nightmare experiences of contractors acting in bad faith or projects coming out to be 3x as expensive as originally quoted. I feel very fortunate that my experience was the complete opposite. First and foremost, the work done on my house was extremely well done. Everything came out beautifully & way better than I originally anticipated. The project only was more expensive than the original budget when I decided to make upgrades on materials, other than that it was extremely close to the original plan. Communication from the MDRN team was constant, consistent, professional & stress free. I never felt any pressure to do anything I wasn't comfortable with, and if we ever hit a snag, all of my options were laid put to me in an honest and thorough way. All of the crews who were in and out of my house were also professional, kind, thoughtful & diligent. Great communication & follow through. I would absolutely hire MDRN to do additional work on my house, and am happy to be a reference for anyone who is considering working with them.

Thanks to MDRN Remodeling, I am now enjoying my dream kitchen!!! From my beautiful hardwood floors, my custom made cabinets, my shelving and cutting boards that match my floors AND the grout, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I am EXTREMELY happy!!

Front porch deck was replaced and painted. Front porch railings were repaired and painted. Looks really good. Back deck replaced with redwood with a clear coat , steps replaced with redwood as well and widened, rails repaired and painted. Beautiful transformation for our back yard. Also an interior gate repaired and painted along with replacement of some lattices used for privacy and deck The job came in ahead of schedule and within budget. MDRN Remodeling Co is run by two very attentive brothers and their crew very pleasant to work with. When we are ready for our next project we will not hesitate to call MDRN Remodeling Company.

Working with this team was such a pleasure. The custom work they did for my home was unbelievable. They designed and created custom accent walls based on my vision and their expertise/recommendations. It’s scary trusting someone with your dream home that you’ve envisioned for a long time, but with them there is no fear; they know what they’re doing and work with you every step of the way. I can confidently say I love the work they’ve done and more importantly, love coming home to my dream home.
