Amazing. My electric door broke off the frame. Eric immediately answered my call and came later that day to make sure I could use the door, and came back the next morning to install the new electric opener. Eric was friendly and professional, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He never tried to "sell" me, and made suggestions to save me money-- his integrity is obvious. There is a reason for his good reviews!

Great Experience. Erik came within 30 minutes of first contact. He quickly assessed the situation and made an appropriate recommendation for a new unit. Installed it quickly and at a fair price. Walked through all programming and features. All done within about three hours of my first call to him. Friendly, very professional - never a question in my mind of getting less than what I needed and what was promised.

Work done was fantastic. My garage door spring broke and door subsequently broke. (With a second door on its last legs). Eric (owner) was able to talk me through the issues and options over the phone. He was at my home the same day replacing the 2 motors. Since my garage door were a custom size it took a few days to get them ordered and installed. That process was simple and the installation was professional. To wrap everything up Eric came by to inspect the final installation.

Wonderful, Eric came out same day. He fixed and adjusted Garage door. Works beautifully now and I can lock my Garage. Eric gave me a reasonable quote and took his time to make sure the job was done right. He is knowledgeable and experienced. I would definitely hire this company again.

Master garage door is owned by Eric Moalem! He provided outstanding customer service. Eric is very personable and will explain everything to you in detail including the costs. He will provide you details on costs and quality so that you can choose the right door for your budget. He provided me with a schedule of when he can complete the job and how long it would take. Everything went well. Eric showed up about 25 minutes after I called him. He lubricated all garage door parts (to get rid of squeaks) and reviewed the garage door condition with me. For example, the garage itself is solid but the springs show some signs of rust. He felt they did not need to be replaced yet, but I have been notified. He installed a new lightbulb in garage door unit (hadn’t noticed it had burned out) and mentioned that some modern LED bulbs can interfere with the lift unit operation! (And told me what to watch out for). He pointed out that a hedge should be trimmed a bit as the garage door kept side-swiping it when it opened and closed. Finally, he tweaked a new (unprogrammed) garage door opener to work with the door. He was easy to talk to, had a good attitude, didn’t rush or try to fast-sell me anything, and enlightened me about several matters. A square shooter. Price was good too. Recommended.

Tommy came out immediately and put in a new garage door opener the same day. Explained everything and was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Prrogrammed the remote for me and cleaned everything up. Excellent service.

First, I called with a problem with a tenants garage door but immediately realized it was almost 100 miles outside of his service area. (Whoops.) Regardless, Eric offered advice and when we ran into problems trying to solve it on our own, he talked us through the issues on the phone. And viola, problem solved. We are very happy with our new garage door. They went above and beyond what we expected and gave us very good garage doors at a very reasonable price. The install went very smoothly and the finished garage doors are beautiful (see photo).

Great! Eric was responsive and so pleasant to work with. They removed our old door and motor and installed a new, much better one. They cleaned up everything and hauled away our old door. Eric explained the new remotes to us. Every step of the way was clear, and he tried to give us exactly what we wanted, not just the fanciest, most expensive option.

I found their service excellent and they didn't leave until the installation was finished and the work area cleaned.They made sure everything worked properly and then installed a remote garage access system and stayed until it was performing as it should.

Prompt, efficient. The new machine works like a dream. He was clear on what was needed and what it would cost. The work was done quickly. We wanted the old door because it matches the paint job on the whole house. Now it opens so smoothly and is so easy to manipulate.

Excellent experience today with Eric from Master Garage Doors and Gates. He tried to talk me through fixing the problem on the phone first to make sure he needed to make a service visit -- wow! Once arrived, he identified the problem as a simple fix and did not try and sell me on anything I did not need. He charged the service visit fee only which was completely reasonable -- another vendor was asking 300.00 minimum just to come out. I'll always call Master first next time I have a problem. I am a property manager and know a good, honest vendor when I meet one.

Eric, the owner of the company, is an extremely conscientious professional. The first thing he did was talk me out of replacing my entire door. Even though it is 30yrs old, he told me it was not worth the money and that he could service my old door so that it would be as good as new. And that is exactly what he did. He replaced all the hardware, motor, springs, sensors, etc... Then he added more wood support (not in his original quote I might add) to shore up the frame. Then he programmed my remotes to open the gates to condo parking area as well as my door, and then programmed my cars. He took time to show me all the details of the work, and how to add more remotes to my system, and how to connect it to a wifi mobile phone app. The door works flawlessly. It closes very tightly, and it is safe and secure. Eric believes getting the job right and to the customer's satisfaction the first time is the most cost effective way of doing business. If you want it done right, he's worth every penny. Hire him.

The Martin Garage Door Opener is not a popular opener and Eric was knowledgeable about the door and the opener. He set up new remotes and was very professional and great to work with!

Eric was amazing, he is a real professional! He helped us fix our garage door over the phone! The motor was working but it wasn't catching the lock so the door wasn't opening. Eric stayed on the phone with us and walked us through step by step on how to fix everything including the sensors, the motor, and the lock. Our garage is working now! Would definitely highly recommend him, thank you Eric!

Eric was amazing. He diagnosed the problem and worked to solve all the issues. He was patient in answering all my questions and made sure the repairs were precise. Eric even returned my call on Thanksgiving Day. I truly believe the gate works better than when it was originally installed. It has been four months and no further issues. Thank you Eric.

Everything went perfectly. Eric called me a few times before the job was done to make sure everything was in place. Her was here exactly when he said he would be, finished in a reasonable amount of time and he was very professional and helpful. I have to add that I had other estimates for this job, and though Eric's quote was higher than the others I noted that he saw issues right away that the others did not even notice. My garage is an odd size and the concrete floor is not even. He found the best way to address those issues and was very thorough. His great ratings are well deserved. To add: The job is done and since the rains I noticed that some water is getting in at the corner of the door. Even though he finished and was paid in full he is coming back to see if this can be fixed. The problem is the floor of the garage, not his work. It is important to him that I am completely satisfied with his services and it shows.

Eric exceeded my expectations. When my gate stopped working (part way open), I called at 8:30 p.m. to schedule for what I expected to be a day or two later. He told me he was coming off a job and would be right over. He was able to do some temporary repairs that very cold night (in the 30s) and was able to troubleshoot and fix the gate within the next 36 hours. No upselling. No B.S. Just good old fashioned hard work. I referred him to a friend and gave him a $20 tip as thanks for being so on top of it...

Eric returned my call within minutes , came over the same afternoon, assessed my situation and gave me a price and date. He was so professional and clearly knew his business that I didn't hesitate to sign up. He was able to deliver and install 3 days earlier than his original commitment. Everything went smoothly and because a certain fix wasn't required, the price was lowered accordingly. A perfect contractor experience.

Although I heard the boom of the door landing hard as I left for work this AM I did not stop to check. At 5:45pm my wife went to get her car out and the garage door would not open. Thursday end of the day right before the Christmas holiday weekend is not a great time to discover you need something repaired. I placed a call figuring I would get an answering service and was pleased that Eric answered the phone himself. He said he could come out first thing Friday AM between 8am and 10am and we discussed that he could call me but I would be gone to work (as my car was not in the garage). A few minutes after I hung up Eric called back and offered to come out tonight and do the work this evening if I was willing and interested. I was as it allowed me to be present during the repair. Eric who had just gotten back to the valley turned around and came back out. After an initial look, Eric quoted me a price and got to work. Eric kept me informed and took extra time to adjust the roughly installed roll-up door which had replaced the original tilt up door on my 1935 garage. After the work was completed Eric walked me through everything showing me the adjustments made and how everything was now lubricated and running smoothly.
