+ -1 moreWe dealt with Rachel who is the owner and she came prepared with sample flooring and measured and gave us an estimate aside from explaining every detail and the work that was involved in doing the work. She was precise and extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of hard wood flooring. She gave us some great ideas and helped with color choices as well. The work was done in less time than anticipated which made me very happy. during the process of this job the crew tried and maintained cleanliness and neatness which also helped. I would highly recommend Rachel and her crew to my friends.
Description of Work: They came over and measured the floors and sat with my husband and I and explained in detail what was going to be done and how they were going to preform the services we needed to our satisfaction.
