From the moment Oren walked into the house, he made me feel at ease. He answered all of my questions and explained things to me at a level I could understand. + -1 moreOren was exceptionally friendly, informative and professional. He was able to explain the whole process as well as what might happen if we actually did have Asbestos. Even after the testing was done and we had several questions regarding the test, he was quick to answer and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him for your job!

+ -1 moreI was on a time crunch during the home inspection period on the purchase of my new home, and wanted to have the acoustic ceiling tested for asbestos. I contacted Oren at Home Bio Testing, and he was super helpful in scheduling an appointment for following day. He showed up on time, and took several samples. Results were available within 2 days, as well as a report.

+ 0 moreIt was went really well. Oren was my inspector and he was really friendly. He was quick to respond and he answered all of our questions. You can tell he knows his stuff and he didn’t mind spending time answering all of my questions. I didn’t expect that, and I truly appreciate the time he spend educating me about asbestos.
Description of Work: He came by the property and walked around for about an hour. He was inside by himself most of the time so I didn’t see the whole thing. He took several samples of random materials of the house such as the walls, the floor tile, and the popcorn ceiling. He also checked the attic for any material that looked like asbestos. After he was done inspecting the home, he took the samples he collected and checked them in a lab. He got back to me in 2 days with the results. He wrote a report for us to give to the demo contractor.
