Description of Work: After requesting a simple re-key, suddenly all of the locks were bad and needed to be replaced. The $15 per re-key turned into a $65 per lock replacement. I paid him to stop working and leave.

I am relay sorry you feel like that, i was more then 4 hours at your place, i sedges you to replace the locks because they was with Rusted, and i mention you that if i fix them you will have a problem in the features. you told me that that's what you wand and if something will happened then you will replace them , even usually in the condition as your lock was i never fix them because of the issue that can be later on. i really put a lot of hours on your lock until almost midnight. Fix and re-key 8 locks and change one + re-key.

Description of Work: The job was to re-key all the locks in the house, seven in total. They were old so he was not sure he could complete the job as requested, but in the end it all worked out. A couple of the locks needed repair so the cost went up but it seemed worth it to get the same key for all locks. He advised I will probably have to replace all the locks soon as they are getting too worn and recommended a particular brand and category of lock for proper security.
