I worked closely with both Daniel and Nir on this project and have gotten to know them both as contractors and as people. I have been impressed by how much they care about their customers. They take a tremendous amount of pride in their work product and customer service. They also have a lot of integrity and are honest and will do whatever it takes to keep their word. The project has been a hard one. We have had a lot of unforeseen problems that have resulted in cost and time overruns. It took us a long time to choose tile or paint colors, and Nir and Daniel were very patient with us. The vendor also delayed the delivery of some of the fixtures, but they were able to wait or work on other things while we waited. Also, some mistakes have been made, but to their credit, Daniel and Nir have corrected every mistake immediately. They will not stop working or adjusting things until the customer is satisfied. The quality of their workmanship is of the highest caliber. The finishes are extremely high quality and they transformed our house which was constructed in the 30s into a perfect, modern house. The bathrooms look spectacular and you can tell that they are built to last. No corners were cut and they really went the extra mile on every part of the house they touched. They also did many other things that were not in the contract like doing extra painting without charge because they care about their work. Their employees are also great. They are polite, friendly, and courteous and were careful to respect the house and our pets. They always laid down plastic and protective coverings to make sure to not damage or make dirty our house. They were always very punctual, arriving at 7:30 each day and working very hard to get things done. Finally, they are extremely professional and do everything by the book. They get all the necessary permits and have the inspector come by regularly. You can know that the job will be done right. I highly recommend Fine Builders. It is rare to find contractors who care about their work and have integrity.

Fine builders did a complete upgrade to my house which included the removal of all the popcorn ceilings, installed ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, remodeled the old carpet in the second floor and install a new engineered hardwood floor and upgrade the kitchen (cabinets, island, appliances, lighting and counter tops), removed a wall in the kitchen that made most of the first floor much more open, update 2 of the bathrooms including the master bathroom. The work was managed by Daniel and he was on top of everything each day and making sure that his crew and sub-contractors are completing their tasks on a daily basis. The complete remodeling came out beautifully and it represent how professionals were the people and I highly recommend them to anyone.

We hired Fine builders for our total kitchen remodeling that besides replacing all the cabinets, appliances, island, and paint and more… we did do additional things: - We added a large recirculating pump for the hot water. - We upgraded the electric panel. - We installed new hardwood floors in the living and dining rooms areas. Nir was the person that designed and implemented the whole remodeling and supervised his crew of people each day. His supervision on the project, helped us a lot that lead into much less stress and concerns than we estimated. The office manager that was in charged on our project, did a wonderful job by coordinating, communicating, and billing us while the working crew and sub-contractors were polite, kindly, professional and hard working people. The project took less than 5 weeks from start to finish. The final price that we received and paid was not the cheapest, but the level of the quality, comfort & trust we had with Fine builders was more than just worth it.

We remodeled our kitchen with the help of Fine Builders. Before hiring them, we met with several other contractors which after our meeting with them, we decided to go ahead with Fine builders because when we met Daniel, he had few previous projects that did match our vision and ideas and his estimate was in the range of our thoughts too. The remodeling included the demolition of the between the kitchen and living room remodeling the laundry room, bedroom and bathroom. He spent long time with us mainly on the design and the vision and offered several suggestions to make this project better while keeping it within budget. The working crew was excellent as well! Few sub-contractors were involved too they all were professional, hardworking people and trustworthy. We definitely love the results of the remodeling project! Fine builders delivered a whole remodeling and redesign of our kitchen including the breakfast area. From the beginning to the end, the whole team were expert and knowledgeable. After several meetings with them, they came up with few designs in which we needed to choose which one we like most and each one of them was excellent. 2 of the designs included our original thoughts, the creative designs and recommended ended in a completed kitchen remodeling project that was by far better than our original views and concepts, and mainly - under our budget. Unnecessary to write, that compare to all the other contractors that we met with, Fine builders was much better than all the others in: plans & complete project supervision. The remodeling project was finished on schedule (1 day after to be exact), while during this time, our home was finished spotless and neat, and we were informed daily and weekly on the status of the progress. We recommend Fine builders and we valued the care, concern and efficiency showed by each team member.

The representatives from Fine Builders were extremely professional and highly qualified but their price was very expensive just to replace kitchen cabinets that did not include new appliances. Their design skill was excellent as well.

All I can write here is that Fine builders was worth each dollar and time that I spent on my remodeling project. These people are experts and honest. Nir is such a good guy. I know that I was irritating with my requests and fears during the remodeling, but Nir showed me his stamina each time. Throughout the work at my house, I understood that they really know what they are doing and that they bring a big amount of knowledge. The whole workers group in this company were also professionals and experts in their specialties. My remodeling included the new kitchen and new bathroom and clearly I estimated a substantial change of look in the end. But it really turned out better than I had expected. Everything was organized. I’m so happy with them that when I hear about someone that want to do a remodeling at his house, I immediately given them my recommendation about Fine builders. The crew came on a reasonably acceptable time every day. They always kept the environments cleaned and respected the people & house. Nir went out of his way to do some tasks even beyond his obligations. The kitchen cabinets are wonderful, the new floors are stunning, and the shower came out fantastic! We hired Fine Builders to remodel our kitchen in addition to other work that they did in the living room, dining room and the entry space of the house in order to make flow of the house more open space. The work was performed on time although that we added the other tasks during the work. Nir was always open to make the changes we wanted without any problem or hassle, while he brought more workers to the house so the project will stay on schedule and without any delays. Nir and his team were outstanding and honest in every way. With his management and attention to small details & suggestions while maintaining their high standards which brought the results of this project to become much better than we thought we will have it. We valued that Nir always responded to our phone calls, email and texts. We were kept in the loop about any daily task, which one should work in the house each day, which task will be completed and when and more…. We were impressed with the value and honesty of the craftsmen he employs, the high standards he keeps, and his willingness to meet our needs at all times. We think Fine Builders is excellent and we will use them for any future projects we might have. We can't recommend him highly enough.

We are very happy with our kitchen remodel that was remodeled by Fine builders and supervised by Daniel! During the remodeling, we honestly enjoyed working hand by hand with Daniel. Part of our meetings prior to hire them, Daniel came over with a stunning design designed of the new kitchen and the design was very impressive and exactly as the real kitchen which we are so proud of. The entire crew of workers were involved in the remodeling of the kitchen and the breakfast area and they were great people to work with during the whole time. Daniel guided us each step of the way with his knowledge and ability. We can't write here all the compliments we get about the kitchen from all the people that come over and how their face look when they open the doors and see it for the first time! We were very happy with the master bathroom remodeling that was done by Fine Builders and managed by Daniel. During the whole time of the remodeling up to the finishing touches, Daniel and his crew were very expert, honest, well-informed and supportive. Daniel was the person that helped us to design the space, providing us with many recommendations and idea for things we honestly didn’t think of, for example the complete removal of the ceiling that we had over the vanity. Daniel was very useful when it came to assisting us select all the tile (shapes, colors etc., light fixtures, paint colors and combinations and few more. All the people that actually worked at the house, were considerate and hardworking while doing an outstanding job! We are very pleased with the end results of the new master bathroom and we are happy to give them our recommendation.

Fine builders remodeled our kitchen, two bathrooms, removal of popcorn ceiling and also recessed lighting. the project was handled by Daniel & Nir. They communicate with us on a daily basis and gave us updates for each stage of work. The crew was polite and kept our house as clean as possible. We are very happy from the results. We will definitely recommend Fine Builders to our friends and family.

Daniel and Nir are excellent contractors with an intense sense of pride in their work. Daniel helped with all aspects of the project; he listened carefully, helped with the design, went with us to the tile merchant, and monitored the daily work to the highest standard. There was never a detail too small that he didn't notice. The craftsmen they use are polite, considerate of the property, diligent, and hardworking. Every morning I got an update on work to be performed for the day. Most afternoons I met with Daniel or another supervisor about work completed. Major construction is an intrusion into the household routine and Daniel and crew made it as easy as possible.

The whole process was very smooth , except for the fact that I had no bathroom for a few months...but I knew that was coming! The tile work was exceptional and their tile man was fantastic..Raul by name...a pleasant and knowledgeable man for sure. I gave him my own design of what I wanted the tile to look like in just a simple drawing, and he did it pretty much exactly the way I drew it...and he was very happy with the results , as was I. It's good to have a professional who values what he does...not just the fact he is paid to do it. I am very happy with all the artists that worked on my place, plumbers, electricians...Raul also did all the framing as well... Great group! Also, Danny and Nil were the heads of the organization and were very easy to work with and graciously put up with all my weird ideas and tried their best to make it happen...and despite my best efforts to screw it up, they succeeded! Thanks to all! I gave a "B" on the price as I thought it a bit much and went out of my budget.....but then..it's only money and I have many bathing options now....

After meeting with several companies, we decided to go with Fine Builders and Nir. Based on the estimates we received, his price was very reasonable. His crew (Mario and Manual) were nothing but professional. The attention to detail was incredible. I really appreciated how they took care to not damage anything in our house and how they always cleaned up at the end of the day even if they were not done with that part of the project. There were some minor bumps along the way but nothing Nir and his company didn't resolve to our satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make sure our project was completed by the deadline date and did not ask for final payment until we were completely satisfied. It is clear they care deeply about making their customers happy. We are overjoyed with the beautiful new fireplace and crown molding. Thank you Fine Builders, Nir, Daniel, and your wonderful crew!

Thank you Daniel for the nice kitchen that you were able to do at my house! The new kitchen is much better than what i thought i can get and since you completed this project, my kitchen become the main spot at my house. The granite marble tops, the lights, Appliances and all the rest are just as close as it can be to a perfect. Fine builders is a top notch construction company. They are high skilled and they helped me bring my house from the current status into the house of my dreams. Fine builders remodel houses and the final results are totally superb. My new kitchen is now a breathtaking space and everybody who visits, agrees. Here is summery of my experience with them: We moved to Los Angeles area from New York and after 6 months of searching for a house, we finally got our new home in a great location that required a lot of remodeling. The house is about 3500 sq. /ft . . . . and we wanted to remodel the entire house. We hired Daniel and his people after we had several good meetings about what we would like to accomplish. All the old carpets were removed from the dining room area, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms. In the kitchen we also removed all the hardwood and a under layer of old linoleum. The old kitchen cabinets including all the countertops were removed as well. After the various meetings that we had, we came to a conclusion that the new style and layout of all the cabinets for the kitchen and the dining room buffet. We also agreed to have a marble countertops and oak cabinets with glass openings on some of the upper doors. We bought all the stainless-steel appliances and Daniel made sure that the cabinets and counter-tops were perfect (color wise) match to the new appliances. The entire house floor was covered with gorgeous dark red wood which provide a beautiful contrast to the oak cabinets in the kitchen. Daniel was always available to us to answer all the questions and concerns that we had and he made sure that the quality control will remain in high levels. Daniel’s crew were great as well and they are extremely professional and they do care that love each stage of the work. Whenever it will be time for us to remodeling the other half of the house, we will hire only Fine builders.

We called Fine Builders and set an appointment. They arrived on time, full of energy, ready to do the job. They were the nicest guys too! Not only did they possess the technical skill needed to do the remodel, they had a vision, and they jumped right in. Within days of signing, our kitchen was reduced to rubble and the real work began. Their crew was courteous and very efficient. Every day someone was working. Only the best materials were used. If you had a problem, they worked on a solution. In the end, we spent some money, but the result was well worth it. Our kitchen is a cooking paradise.

Fine builders was hired by us to remodel the kitchen. The work was handled and managed by Daniel and his team of workers from the company. at first, we started with a design of the kitchen and what type of materials we should use. Daniel have a lot of experience with this type of projects and that helped us a lot and save a tons of time. When the project started, Daniel made it so easy and detailed about each stage of the work. during the remodeling, we asked Daniel to give us another estimate for the master bathroom and to see if we can implement that as well in the same work. Daniel was able to do that and because his workers were at the house working, he was able to give us additional discount which made it more worth to do. after 4 weeks of intensive remodeling, the project was completed and the results came out better than we thought.

We did widespread research by trying to choose the best contractor for our remodeling project and we were pleased that we selected Fine builders. Daniel was the contractor that came over and to check and measure the work we wanted to do. He was on time, experienced, enjoyable person to deal with and he had great concepts. He paid a lot of attention to what we wanted to do and then he came back with complete plans that combined all that we want and made some great offers for parts in the remodeling that we have not thought about. Based on the plans that he did for us, we did hired him and Fine builders to do all the work. We loved that a project manager was assigned to us and he was always there for us to speak and guide us during this work. Once we signed the paperwork, Daniel, the foreman, the electrician, the custom cabinet builder and the other specialist people came over at the same time so we could go over the work in detail. The project included the remodeling of the kitchen including all the custom cabinets, pulling back a wall, installing hardwood floors all around, installing baseboards, repairing our spiral stairs, painting the entire house which included patching cracks and painting 20 foot ceilings. Daniel and his crew did a perfect job. They were all expert and took great pride in their work. Fine builders finished the project a little bit earlier than what we originally agreed on. This made us very happy! This was on top of the fact that they didn’t go over budget. After the work was done, there were few items that needed corrections and all of them were addressed immediately! We know that we were a difficult clients, because this remodeling was a big financial commitment for us and we wanted to make sure that it will be done on the best side. They were supportive, skilled and they delivered a great job while finishing it earlier than projected. We will hire them again for any work we need to be done. We love the new kitchen! It makes us so happy to cook in my new kitchen and to have friends over to show off my beautiful home.

We saw a project that fine builders at our neighbor house and we liked it very much. We contacted them and scheduled an appointment with Daniel. Daniel came over to our house and he spent good amount of hours with us hearing us and providing us with his ideas and solutions in order to be able and make our kitchen project as close as we wanted it to look like. After the first meeting that we had with him, we scheduled another meeting with him because he wanted to bring to us few samples and mainly a design of how the new kitchen will look like and how he will maximize the space to fit as much storage space as he can. Daniel again came over on the time and day that he told us and he brought his design of the new kitchen. In addition to that, he took more measurements as well as spending few more hours with us to discuss the design that he brought with him. After wrapping the whole design and what will be done, Daniel started the work with his team of workers that each team was in charge on another task running like a chain of tasks. We must say that from start to finish, the work went without and problem. All the different people that worked on the kitchen remodel were great as well and all of them were managed by Daniel. 2 days before the project was completely (4 weeks after), the workers installed all the appliances, plumbing and lighting fixtures including the switches and outlets and this was the final touch that the kitchen needed to be sealed and finished.

Great service! Great people! Definitely one of the best results we could have imagined for! We had a big difficult and attention challenging project to be done. The house is on the hill side with give or take of a 1500 sq/ft, repairing the previous work that was half completed, redesigning the existing deck and much more… all of this included the technically aspect of the work and all the paperwork (approvals, permits, and the list keep going on and on...) We hired Fine builders to do all the work that the deck required. Our decision to hire them was because we heard great comments and feedback from several people that hired and used them in the past and we loved that more than normal. More than that, we called and spoke to a past client of Fine builders that apparently hired them in the past for a very similar project and we drove to see it. At the end, as I stated above, we ended up allowing Fine builders to handle and work on everything the is related to the project and that’s including all the paperwork, planning and even a design that we want to do after the deck was built (we realized at the end that they are much better interior & exterior designers than us...) During the whole work, we felt like we were getting so much more than what we paid for OR agreed on with Daniel and the company. When it comes to service and the overall scope of the work and project, we can mention and say that at the end we got the backyard deck of our dreams and we thank them for that!

The house that we purchased is very nice and was not maintained for a while before we purchased it. The kitchen and the two bathrooms were too old and needed to have a complete renovation. Although we knew that beforehand (since the property was below value), we didn’t fully grasp the extent. Our main concern was that we had a limited budget for any of the repairs that we wanted to do. We were afraid that the repairs that we want to do will be too expensive and much more above the amount that we could afford. However, after investing a great amount of time in research, we realized the budget can be stretched right if we will find the right contractor. We have called a several contractors to come by and to give us a proposal for the remodeling of the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms. Fine builders was by far the best estimate for the remodeling. It was a little over our budget, but we were happy to put up the extra money because we really liked the designs they gave us. Signing with Daniel was very easy and after that was done, Daniel was able to start the work immediately within few days. Daniel, was on site nearly every day making sure everything is going well and according to the plan. The work crew came in each day and even when the weather turned bad and was extremely hot. We were surprised to find how neatly they made the remodeling site. Each day when they finish the work for the day they would clean up and prepare the space for the next working day. This made it really easy to walk around my house without bumping into things! They installed brand new marble counter tops in the kitchen, new cabinets and floor tiles. The bathrooms got a new coat of paint, double sided vanity and counter top. All of it fit comfortably with our budget. Everything looks new and even better than the rest of the house. Hopefully that will be remodeled soon too, and when it does I will definitely hire Fine builders again!

We had a great experience with Fine builders. The designer of Fine builders helped us to design an amazing new kitchen with extra storage (which was our main demand). Our kitchen was quite a challenge because of the considering the size of the existing kitchen (15’x10’). His design was great and he was able to include everything we wanted including additional extra space that we didn’t thought he could include. We had a previous design and few estimates from another construction company but it was real bad and expensive. Nir, who managed this whole job, helped the workers to install the cabinets, counter top, appliances and paint. He was a real professional person and he solved all the problems that we had (such as the uneven walls). Daniel was also educated me about how to read this type of plans, which really came in handy for understanding the work process of the contractor's people. Most of all, Nir was responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the many months it took (we also gave them to do the popcorn removal on ceilings throughout the house). I highly recommend this company.

We contacted Fine Builders after meeting them at one of the Home shows. During the remodeling, we worked hand by hand with Nir and his workers and Nir really took care of us. Nir was always professional, polite and patient with us while we were still hesitating about what we wanted to do with the kitchen. Nir came over to the house several times to lock down the issues and decisions that we had. The moment we had our decision about the remodeling and the price, Nir brought in carpenter so he can finalize the cabinets. Michael the carpenter performs his work so well and we have been spoiled by his professionalism of attention to detail and perfection. Our remodeling was not big (compare to other kitchen remodeling projects) and was close to $30,000, but Michael never made us feel any less important. The workers who start the work with the demolition did a great job and were able to complete it within 2 days. The next step that was done, was the installation of the new floor and while they did that, they start to bring and install the cabinets in the kitchen. The installation of the new cabinets was very nice and professional as well, super-efficient and the workers just seemed to be very focus on it and this was one of the main reasons why the final kitchen came out perfect. When a couple things were off plan, such the placement of some of the cabinets, Nir contacted Michael, and he immediately followed up and solved it. Sometimes businesses start slacking off once they get your money in their hands and unfortunately, we've experienced that before...But not with Fine builders. From start to finish we were very happy with our decision to hire them. The quality of work was outstanding as well. We love the outcome of our cabinet move and custom floating shelves. We plan on using them in the near future for a few other projects we have in mind.

Working with Nir was more than a pleasure. While we didn’t want to make a top notch high-end kitchen, before and during the remodeling, we didn’t feel that he treated our remodeling any differently than that. Nir's knowledge and experience of anything that involved with cabinet styles, material, colors, pricing, and structure did this remodeling easy to do by simplified the selection of our cabinets from what could have been a very confusing and stressful because of the huge options and selections that are out there. During the design stage of the new kitchen, Nir worked with our ideas, listened to us and offered several ways to do the same thing by different methods and he did what a good professional contractor should do and makes sure the details that anything that a homeowner will miss, will be taken care of. Who knew that there were so many measurements in any kitchen need to be included?! The quality of the new cabinets that Nir helped us to select are superior and his people installed them flawlessly. Before, during, and after installation Nir was there immediately for any questions or advice, and he is showed us how interested he is in our remodeling and to make sure that we are happy and that the final kitchen is excellent.
