Description of Work: I needed them to change a light bulb on my porch and a few other things. I had bought a deal for $89 for two hours of labor. I told them they would have to use a ladder to change the bulb and they said that would cost about $65 extra because of the "hazard" of using a ladder.

+ -1 moreThe electrical work was fine it was the scheduling that was poor. Three times I was put off for a scheduling date. When a date and time were set it was a 10 - 12 time. The night before he appointment a phone call asked if I could do 8 t0 9. I said yes and was waiting at 8:00. When no electrician appeared by 9:30 I called their office and got voice mail. Then I called you. The electrician appeared at 10:00 and showed me his work order which said 10:00. Nobody told him of the change in time.

+ 0 moreJoshua the electrician arrived 30 minutes early for the appointment. He looked at the job and got to work. He got the old fan down and put the new one up. EL's receptionist is not professional. I had to call 3 times to get an appointment scheduled. She lacks follow through.

+ -1 moreIt said one man hour of labor. My outlet broke and the prongs on a cable stayed inside. I also had a couple of lightbulbs needed to be replaced on my high ceiling. They said they needed to rent a special ladder in order to change the bulbs. They were not able to estimate the job on the phone. I would prefer to not go with this service provider.

Description of Work: We did not have power on outlet on one side of the kitchen. It was a trouble-shooting that the electrician did. The electrician was knowledgeable, first of all checked for faulty wiring inside receptacle box. After he made sure all wires are properly connected, he checked the circuit breaker and even showed us where to reset it because it was an overload.
