Sean from Dr. Locksmith was amazing. He very quickly repaired the problem without trying to sell me anything. He clearly explained that this quick fix might not last forever and gave me a reasonable estimate on replacing the whole lock, which will eventually need to be done. Nice guy, very professional, neat and quick!

The provider showed up, explained what he would do, and then did it. He was very friendly, courteous, careful. professional and competent. He also made sure that our cat did not get out --- we appreciate that. We were very satisfied with the service rendered, and would highly recommend this business to anyone.

The young man was very polite and not only did he fix the lock which was what the "deal" was but he made sure the door jam fit properly which other locksmiths never did. He also asked if there was anything else he could do before he left. What I liked was that he communicated and he did not just arrive fix a lock and leave. and yes I would definitely use their services again.

Everything went very smooth. They arrived on time, replaced the lock quickly and gave me new keys in less than 30 minutes.

I bought the Angies List deal for a re-keying of one lock and took advantage of this to get some other work done (which of course cost extra). Sean responded to my initial communication quickly and we were able to schedule a visit within 48 hours. He performed the rekeying work prefectly and went the "extra mile" on a gate door that was stuck by resiting a baton so that there would be no pressure on the locks and it would close properly. He then advised me on the other jobs that I was considering and proposed the best solution for the doors that I wanted to secure and I think most cost effective solutions for my needs. Sean then came back 2 days later with the required materials and did the job. Throughout Sean was very pro-active in communicating scheduling and ETAs so no time was wasted for either of us. I am very happy with the job that he did and would definately recommend him and use him again.

They were perfect! It was great. Response and communication was wonderful. They were very professional and very responsive. Basically, they had the springs and they had everything. There may have been a charge for that. I think it worked out really great. I don't remember anything negative.

He is usually pretty reasonable. He is available when I call, and he comes right away, and charges a reasonable price. I have only had Sean, and he is very nice, clean, and organized, as everything on his truck.

Deal said can be used for re-keying. Turns out it's a "consultation." Who needs to be consulted on changing locks?

I bought the Dr. Locksmith Big Deal. He contacted me by email a few days later and said not to forget that the service call does not include the actual installation of the lock I already have. I then asked how much it would be, in addition to the $20 I already paid, and he said another $55, which would put the total to $75. Maybe this is a good deal for some, but not for me--it sounds like the usual cost for installing a lock. At that price, I'll just do it myself.

I spoke to Sean and told him I purchased a Big Deal coupon and wanted to have a deadbolt installed... i had already bought the deadbolt hardware and just needed to have it installed. He said great and we scheduled for him to come out that Friday morning at 9am to do the job. Sean mentioned that he would call an hour before to confirm that he was on his way over. Friday came and no call and no show. I waited until 9:30am then called to see if he was still coming. He said an emergency came up... then said he can come at noon. Sean then asked what work I wanted to have done and I told him I wanted to have a deadbolt installed. It was then that Sean mentioned the Big Deal coupon could only be used for a locksmith service call and not for parts or labor. I said but I already know and told you what I needed done and thought the coupon for the service call was for that service to be performed. Since he already failed to show I just figured to cut my loses and cancel everything all together. In this case things didn't work out but I still don't understand why he let me schedule an appointment, explaining exactly what work I wanted to have done and not mention then and there that a service call coupon was not needed or could be used.

He was a little late, but had called ahead to warn me. He did the job very quickly and professionally. He is very pleasant and seems quite knowledgable.

Well we had used Sean in the past, he had helped us with tumbling our existing house keys and the service was impeccable. Sean was recommended to us by a friend and I must say he is very punctual, professional and competent tradesman. which made it very easy to remember his good services and call again when my husband locked himself out of the car this past Monday. ( He actually took the kids to school using Uber. ) I called Sean told him what had happened and mention that my husband needs to get to work within an hour. No problem, Sean replied and was there within 13 minutes and opened the car in 3 minutes!!!!! as for payment Sean said to my husband don't worry about it now get to work and pay me later its ok!!!!!!! Best service we have ever received thank you Sean.

He did quite a bit for what he did. He did a tremendous job. If there was an A+, I would give him an A+. I would absolutely use him in the future.

I initially purchased a Big Deal for $22.00 dollars for a locksmith service. I ended up having the entire house re-keyed and all the locks to go to one master key. The service was great. They were fast and reasonable priced for the service I felt. I would use them in future.

Sean and I met at the property in Valencia, a long drive for each of us. We kept each other informed about the progress we were making because of the traffic. That was great. He did his work well. Unfortunately he did not have the replacement lock for the mailbox because it was a somewhat unusual lock. I paid him in full with the understanding that he would return with the new mailbox lock and switch it out for me. Once again we kept each other informed about traffic and estimated time of arrival. I had never done business with him before and I don't usually pay someone in full before the job is completed, but I took a chance with him and it paid off just fine. He seems to stress honesty and fairness. I will be doing business with Sean the Doctor Locksmith again when the need arises. I recommend you give him a try.

Their response was prompt, extremely courteous and professional. The price was very reasonable, and the job was done very quickly. Sean provided me with half a dozen keys for the new lock as well, which I wasn't expecting, and saved me a trip to have the key duplicated myself. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.
