Run Run and Run!! $430 to fix an icemaker...Pricing the part out came in at $53 -75 with a max at under $135 , this means they charged over $300 extra to come out, look at it, (charge me $100 for the look btw not the quoted 65$)and again $100 when the Tech came back to put in the ice maker... of so whatever deal wit it right? we waited knowing it could possibly be the sensor and yup it was.. but then try to get them to finish the job.. the office is lost and cant communicate across the hall. The Tech finally made it 3 days later and ...shows up without the needed sensor. 190 minutes and a promise to be back the next day in the evening.. ya right, fool me once .. fool me 2x NOT!! I did more research following the part numbers and called the Tech the next afternoon and he tells me $90 just for the part .... A TEN DOLLAR PART !! but ya know there was gonna be $200 for the visits added! - DNE are SCAMMERS, they are gouging and milking the service. BUYER BEWARE !!!!

Do not use this service. They refused to replace a part they installed for my Samsung Refrigerator under warranty and just accused us of deliberately destroying a part that I believe is sub par. They are rude and even manager on line refused to listen to customer and just listened to their guy on site.

Gasket on front load washer machine first gasket they ordered was not the right one ordered another one said it was the wrong one to install the third one and it is also defective wash machine does not work properly cannot use without gasket swelling up in twisting and water rising and leaking on the floor will not come out and fix it for free they said well they never fixed it right in the first place heartbreaking and horrible experience

Amazing! They provided a quote within minutes, I was able to schedule the visit through text message, they arrived on the early side of the appointment window, the repair person was courteous and quick. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Without going into all the details, my advice is do not use this company. I picked them as they were on Angie's list and got fairly good reviews. Rather than setting up an appointment, the technician just showed up. I thought he was from the company I had scheduled an appointment with. Not so. Couldn't figure out what was wrong with the dryer. I paid him $55 and said goodbye. Found out later he was NOT from the company I had scheduled with. Total rip off. When I realized I had not made an appointment with DNE, I called and asked for my money back. No way was he going to honor my request. He said Angie's List doesn't allow him to refund...not even to seniors. Not sure I will use Angie's List again as I wonder if they are paid by the technicians to publish good reviews. Something fishy here.

It was very good, no additional problems. Gentleman was very helpful and explained what the problem was and made sure I understood. . On time and came out the next day.

They came to look at a problem with my dryer and charged $100 simply to show up. Turned out the problem went away by the time they arrived, so they gave me a credit for $100, in writing, for my next service call. When I called the person who answered the business line told me it had been too long (5 months) so they wouldn't honor it. When i protested very loudly he said he'd talk to the guy who came to the house. He then said OK, he'd honor it. When the next service guy came he asked to be paid and I asked if he knew about the credit i had. He didn't so he called the guy who on the business line who once again refused to honor the credit! I ended up paying the service man just to leave but promised the guy in the office i would write a review. Needless to say i would NOT EVER go near this company again.
