Ron was very knowledgeable about my old school stereo equipment and explained at every step what he was doing and why. Very courteous and helpful. and let me know what I could do and purchase to get my system working better. He specifically helped me with a problem I was having with a cassette recorder and explained what I needed to get in order for my records to not sound distorted. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing work done on their audio equipment. Thank you, Ron!
