I thought they did a good job.

The two workers they sent over did a fantastic job. They worked really hard,and I was very pleased with their work. I had a kitchen and two bathroomsthat have been neglected a bit for a long time, due to my mobility situation,and I had relatives coming to visit. In a few hours, they had those rooms in tip-top shape. I would definitely recommend, and I hope to have them over for more work someday again.

They were here for 7 hours, and they worked really hard. The hourly rate seemed a little high, but since they worked so hard, I tipped the women. I would recommend them, and I'm actually going to ask them to come back and clean my place.

They were very good. They were professional and thorough. We had some construction done and there was some construction dust, so I asked them to wipe everything down from the ceiling to the floors. They were good. Their price was fair.

Elizabeth came to our house initially to see what was to be done and give an estimate. She was able to come the day or the day after I called to request the estimate. It was then a while before I had the work done because I had a baby-she came unexpectedly a week early. When we did schedule, the crew arrived early, but waited until the appointed time to ring the bell. I left during the cleaning process so I didn't see everything, but the house looked great when we returned. they did break a mug, told me about it, and said they would tell their supervisor so I could get a replacement. after a week I hadnt heard anything so I called and was able to resolve the issue-an exact replacement couldnt be found so they credited me the amount of a similar item. I then had them return for 3 more times of service every 2 weeks, I would have continued to use them but its a little pricy for us right now.

Elizabeth and her team are such pros. From my first meeting with Elizabeth, I knew I was in good hands. She is very friendly, but a bit of a taskmaster (in a good way), and was talking me through everything they would do to clean our house, rather than waiting for me to come up with a list of what I want. Clearly, she knows what she's doing and she wants to do a great job. She quickly got back to me with an estimate that included a list of everything they would be doing in the house plus a list of cleaning supplies they would use. On cleaning day, their crew showed up exactly on time and got right to work, and did an impeccable job. Elizabeth checked in with me to make sure we were happy, and of course we were. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a house cleaning. Our place was dusty and very much in need of a detailing after a fair amount of construction, and they handled it all very well. Prices were very much in line with others, and even a little less in some cases. Glad we found them.
