Service technician was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Even demonstrated a sense of humor, which although not exactly relevant, was also appreciated. Both sofas were properly cleaned, all spots removed and dried according to plan. I was a little concerned because the material, micro fiber, seems to be an issue, if one reads comments on the Internet, but it wasn't in this case.

All we needed was our couch and pillows cleaned. When Moe was done, I laughed at all the dirt he was able to get out. I hadn't realized just how filthy it was.
