Description of Work: worked on the drywall in our bathroom, installed slate flooring and a new toilet. There were a couple of issues, but Beth was good about getting right on them. I would suggest that you be very, very clear about your expectations... Not very happy with the texture job, but by then it was done and we were running out of time, so we let it go. We would certainly use Affordable again, but be very specific in our communications.

Description of Work: I haven't had any of the work done, as we haven't closed escrow yet. So far Beth has been very helpful and easy to contact. I'm looking forward to working with her. She did all of the inspections, and had a plumber and electrician come and check everything. She's been very responsive to my requests, and has gone out of her way to accommodate me. I'm very happy so far.
