Devil Mountain Landscape (DML) started in Danville, CA in the late 80’s working with a local Nursery Company, Developers (Commercial) and Single Family Homeowners (Residential). The Company officially went independent in 1993 and continued through present day. Commercially we contracted for entire sub-divisions to install all the front yards to individual homes along with the access points and entrances to include large-scale Country Clubs (e.g. Blackhawk C.C.) as well. In 2003, we established State-wide Contracts with Insurance Carriers to Repair & Install Fences (Wood, Iron & Vinyl). In 2010, we began to expand our offering into Block Walls (Masonry & Retaining). In 2017, we became a Preferred Vendor for Construction Loans with U.S. Bank and built several homes in the South Bay (Los Gatos to Gilroy) from $1.5M to 3.0M. In 2019, we migrated to the Sacramento area focusing on Detached Garages and Granny Homes under 1,200 Sq. Ft. We offer extreme diversity to limit the number of Sub-Contractors necessary for any project while maintaining high quality and competitive pricing, so you (the Homeowner) end up with your vision of what your property should look like at a reasonable Cost. Most other trades we sub-out but have great relationships with companies who do electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, flooring/tile work, cabinets, and many other home repair needs. We ask for a small deposit to start the job, but most of our billing occurs at the completion of the job. We work on both a time and material basis as well as bid projects, whatever the customer prefers.

With veneer masonry, the walls support the weight of the masonry products rather than the masonry being built on a concrete footing. Solid masonry is a wall or other brick or stone structure built on a concrete footing, and the masonry supports itself.
