+ -1 moreElyes responded quickly and was ready to start work in the next couple days. He gave me a wide range of options to choose and seemed very knowledgeable on the subject of AC. Work was completed within the week and did not leave a mess. Would reccomend to others!

+ -1 moreEverything went well. We had a situation where we had a tree over the AC unit and he had to take a lot of leaves and twigs out of the unit, it was good he came when he did. We were very pleased.
Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for an HVAC inspection and they added freon.

+ 3 moreScheduling the appointment was difficult, although they accommodated my request for Saturday service. The appt was scheduled for 8-9 am. The person called after 9 am and said his truck was broken down. He was very apologetic. He asked if he could show up at 11. I said ok and he did show up at 11. He was courteous. He flushed my water heater and inspected toilets and sinks. He offered to clear a drain which i did not need. There was no toilet "tune up." Not worth the money.
Description of Work: Drained water heater. Inspected toilets and sinks. Pointed out possible leak in pool.

+ 0 moreInitially, they spent a while on the diagnostics and troubleshooting of the electrical system. They were very diligent and professional in their work. Even though they were no the cheapest they were very fair. Overall I am extremely satisfied.

He provided an estimate based on what he felt was the right solution for the house in terms of efficiency and really trying to improve the quality instead of just replacing part for part. He was extremely knowledgeable and went over everything in the estimate to make sure we knew exactly what it included. The crew was also very professional, prompt, efficient, hard working, thorough and detail oriented. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They replaced an entire HV/AC system with a new one, installed new duct work, new attic fan, new attic ladder and redid attic insulation.

Description of Work: THIS SERVICE MAN CHECKED OUT THE COMPRESSOR AND FOUND THAT NO ELECTRICITY WAS GETTING THROUGH AND RECOMMENDED THAT WE INSTALL A NEW THERMOSTAT.
