Kamal Mahfoud is not licensed contractor. He did a terrible job working on my backyard patio 3 years ago. He charged me $16,000 and the job is not done correctly. The #ooring of the balcony cracked and leaked water causing water damage to the wood underneath. When I contacted him early this year, he came and looked at the job and agreed that the job is not done correctly and needs to be redone. Kept calling and texting him for estimated time to come back and 'x, always gave excuses and 'nally he asked me to pay $5000 Labor plus material. I was hesitant to ask him to do the job because I was sure that he will not do good job again. If the job will cost around $8,000 this time why you charge me $16,000 3 years ago. Don’t hire and shop around for competent workers

The fixer mahfoud has been done alot work for me . Hes has changed my roof and fix all the damage and repair my celling drywall and painted. And hes did a lot other works for me . I do appreciate him for the fantastic work.

Our contractor Kamal was very efficient and very professional. He gave us two ways to repair the way the Sink was mounted with a price for each. we told him which price we would preferred. He completed the job with the upmost efficiency. The mount is much stronger than the original mount. I highly recommend him.
