Excellent work

From start to finish, the work was completed with attention to detail and in an expeditious manner.

This guy over charges for his service. He didn't show up on the original day that he was supposed to come, and I had to keep calling him. He charged $200.00 just to tighten up a couple of screws, and tried to get fifty dollars more for work that he didn't perform. Then, he complained about previous work that had been done to the fence and screen door by other professionals in order to get more work. The owner was offended and decided never to use him again.

Polite. Intention to please. The actual ending look of the project was not as neat as I expected. Since it was all nailed for my final inspection, it seemed it would have caused a friction had I had it removed and redone. I had to ask him and show him how to make the edges neater looking. He seemed surprised that I asked him to remove all the debris and unused product to the waste bins. At least he seemed unhappy to do it. Maybe he wasn?t feeling good. I had shown him some things in the kitchen on his first visit, but I forgot at the time to ask him to tighten the faucet. On the day he came to do the work he did tighten the faucet but wanted an extra hundred. I already felt that I had paid him enough counting the amount of time he spent. He originally said the kitchen and front gate plus enclosing my under deck of about 6 feet to keep raccoons out would be $500. I had assumed that would include the materials. We came to an agreeable price. I did not get three estimates. That probably would have solved everything. He is a very soft spoken man and culturally courteous.

Did an excellent job and would hire them again. Only drawback was that I was charged more for labor than was quoted on the phone. Still did very good work.

Mahfoud actually came out on a Sunday!! I was so surprised and grateful!! He did excellent work. Was quick, efficient, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend him and would hire him again, for sure!

Mahfoud was prompt and professional and knew what he was doing. It was not cheap getting the job done, definitely above Angi’s average that I saw online. Still, I had a time constraint so better done than not.

They do Excellent work!!! They did drywall repair and painting, replaced closet doors, a ceiling fan, repaired Malibu lights, put weatherstripping under all doors and garage door too, moved furniture in and out of rooms, replaced the kitchen sink, repaired 2 toliets etc

Kamal came over and reviewed the project. He bought the parts and even came over on Sunday to do the work. He was easy to work with and I would definitely recommend him.

Kamal himself is very rude and expensive. His technician Marty Thomson was very nice and efficient.

Kamal seemed nice when I met him first but it turned out he was difficult to work with when I had a question he raised his voice and talked about an assumption rather than answering my question. The crew he brought were kind people but did not seem to meet the expertise of the job. Although they did get the job done. So I am grateful they took on that difficult job, although I would not hire kamal again, due to difficulty communicating with him and I do not trust his expertise. When I told him about the difficulty communicating with him. He was very apologetic about it. Maybe he just had a bad day, who knows...

Kamal sent two of his guys out to do a couple handyman projects in our backyard - tie up a tarp on the roof of a pergola and assemble some outdoor heaters. They were super-easy to work with, great problem-solvers and extremely pleasant to have around our home for a few hours. Would absolutely use Kamal's service again - highly recommend.
