He gave me a discount to put two roofs. I paid only half for the main house. He truly came through. He is not inexpensive; but he gave me a discount. A contractor I know referred him to me. He had excellent Angie's list reviews. He started the work during the part of the vacation time. He had done the work a little quickly. The supplier didn’t have the shingle, so he had to dry it up for a couple of hours extra for doing it and he did. He did an excellent work. The only thing is he had me take off the wind fans I have and put in a different kind of dormer type air vent. It is supposed to be better for amber resistant, which is a fire problem up here. His work is beautiful. He bought the shingles that go up to 130 mph, so I know I never have a problem. He went to an extra mile. He really felt for me that I have been through with the insurance. I have been out of the house for already a couple of months with no end inside, if I couldn't get the estimate from this guy. He made an effort to make things right. He is very good. He wants his work done at top quality. He is proud of his work. He has been around for a while. He has an excellent crew. It was a pleasure. They cleaned up after the work. It was huge. He is an excellent roofer, and he gave me at a decent price.

They were reliable and did the work within a day. I like their services and will use the same in future.

There was no charge when they came out to check the roof. They did an excellent job when they put on the roof and I spent approximately $6500.00 on that job. When I interviewed three different outfits to do the work, these guys stood out as at least appearing to be very conscientious and knowledgeable. I had a very good recommendation on them from somebody I met that he once before had done a roof on her house. They actually were not a low bidder. The bids weren't drastically different but they were actually the highest of the three. They seemed very knowledgeable. They were going to do the job in a thorough and proper manner. They were the one outfit among the three that suggested right from the start that the work should be done with getting a building permit from the city. The other two places didn't mention it and when I asked them, they suggested that I should omit the permit process because it was not necessary and it was more red tape and paper work and cost money. I didn't like that approach. Reynolds Roofing never even suggested that possibility. In the beginning they considered that the permit was an appropriate thing to do and that it was part of the job. Their price wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best. It was reasonable.

They did an amazing job. I had to get a whole new roof which was very expensive. Reynolds Roofing was more expensive than the other quotes I received, but his reputation and his professionalism led me to believe he would do an excellent job and I would have no more roof problems after that. I was totally right. Steve kept me informed of their progress on a day-to-day basis. Steve is very professional and very friendly. I felt they did above and beyond what they should have done and would highly recommend him to any of my neighbors and friends.

Reynolds Roofing is sensational. I have been using their services for many years now. I had a minor leak in my roof and Steve Reynolds came out immediately to fix it. I highly recommend Reynolds Roofing. Steves quality of work is excellent.
