Very good service and very knowledgeable.

We decided to have them re-plaster the spa to permanently fix the leak. WELL! This was the WORST MISTAKE EVER! The work they did was shoddy! The concrete wasn't filled correctly and once the job was completed (OR SO WE THOUGHT), we handed them a check which they PROMPTLY CASHED!!! The next morning we woke to the EXACT SAME PROBLEM!!! OUR SPA STILL LEAKS!!! We have called them REPEATEDLY to come back and fix the problem and now they won't even bother returning our phone calls!!!! I would NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!!! Very unresponsive and highly unprofessional!!!!!

Excellent. Gilbert communicated with me on a regular basis regarding job progress.

It went very well. Simply put: a pleasure to work with them. I'm very detail oriented in the prep, quote and plan which sometimes causes issues with contractors. But they are pros and really know their stuff. Scheduling was great, project moved forward very quickly. They accommodated some of my detail requests regarding scheduling and worked very, very clean. They office people, sales people are very courteous and proactive. Called/emailed with scheduling updates and such. A lot of basic communication was via email and detail / follow up was via phone, which I appreciate a lot! Major bonus: we agreed on an equipment installation charge, which allowed me to buy the equipment and for them to install it. This allowed me to shop online for the best equipment deals available, which basically bought all my equipment at their purchase cost. I was so impressed by their work, that I'd consider calling them if I ever have any hardscaping (non-pool related). On a side note: I got 4-5 other pool companies to quote basically the same work and I liked Preciado Pools the most. They weren't the lowest bidder, but then the lowest bidder wasn't an option due to non-price issues. There were other companies that didn't even get their quote in and one that got his quote in weeks later. One company sticks out because they were nickel-diming me during the initial site survey. But Preciado Pools was above all those competitors and I don't regret going to them for one second. They have multiple teams that each specialize on a certain task (e.g. demo vs plumbing vs concrete vs Pebble Tech/plastering). The sales person basically became the Project Manager with office staff backing up financing and scheduling. That ensured that there were no issues / miscommunications between quoting and implementation. Great company! Wished more contractors were like this.

They were very good about responding to my calls and questions and accommodating our schedule to work around other contractor's work. We had one major miscommunication and mistake, but they corrected it quickly and to our satisfaction. The work looks beautiful...so far, so good (post 3 months)

The work was great, they were punctual, did not leave a mess. The back office was another issue-they were late responding to questions, did not get the insurance correct until nearly the end of the job, never responded to requests for modifications to the contract, etc. I finally made the changes and sent the amended contract to them-and they never responded. Poor project management.

Well, they came through with the job but I had some trouble with them regarding there responsiveness and professionalism. They left a mess once they were done and when I called their office to ask them to send someone back to clean the mess, they seemed reluctant to do so.

They really did an excellent job and were very professional. They were on time, they did the job and they got out. It was a very good experience. The work looks great!
