Description of Work: We hired Lighthouse Painting to help prepare a unit for new tenants. Nick was very responsive, quick to get in contact with us and complete in his answers. He advised on the appropriate materials and preparation to minimize our cost and maximize the results. His team came in to paint with no supervision, paid great attention to detail and delivered a primo unit. | |We will definitely be using them in the future as soon as our units need attention!

Description of Work: Painted 4 interior doors, and touch up painted the ceiling using the paint I provided. I was supposed to have the painter for 8 hrs. Came at 8, painted doors for 1 1/2, left for almost 2 hrs, I do not know if he put a second coat on the doors or not but next I saw him painting the ceiling in different areas. Need to go over it again because the paint I had was too shiny, but he found some of the correct paint from the cans I had. Left at 3:30. Also left little paint spatters on the floor and furniture all over the house.

Description of Work: Prepared (covered areas to cover,remove & re install lighting fixture, scrape / sand / caulk areas needed to be painted) and painted bedroom 1, 2, and bathroom = quality was very good. Very minimal work time was devoted to the hallway. Wall hallway was not painted since it is almost end of the day.
