This is the second time Juan has done work on the exterior of our home. He has done a wonderful job both times. He always picks up after himself and is very punctual. I would recommend him to others in the area for his services.

He told us it would take about 5 days. He had a crew of himself and two other guys. They spent about two and a half days on prep (power washing, masking, patching stucco, sanding etc). It took only a day and a half to do the actual painting, so they finished ahead of schedule. They did a very nice finesse job on the French doors as well. Some of the other estimates we received were between 6000 and 7000 dollars. He did the job for 3600 dollars. His cleanup was immaculate. The one small disadvantage was that they were not completely fluent in English, but we were able to make them understand any special instructions. It turned out not to be a problem.
Description of Work: He did exterior painting. They also painted the outside of two sets of French doors.
