ESTEBAN TREE SVC

Provider performed the service. I had some aesthetic issues with his service which he did not handle well. He actually insulted me many times. The day after he agreed to accept slightly less money, someone "coincidentally" threw eggs at my house. I have no proof of the culprit. All that being said, if the provider was willing to match the price I ended up paying, I would use him again. (And be sure not to get in an argument with him...)

I've had this service come to my home 4 times now, so I have a pretty good idea of what they're like. I would give them a B+ only because I think they're a bit on the expensive side, for what they do / how long they spend doing it. Pros: Esteban answers you calls and returns them within 24 hours. 323.864.1468 He speaks English well enough to have a decent conversation about what needs to be done. They show up on-time and do what they agree to do. They are fast and haul away the clippings. I've had them remove a small tree and they did an excellent job, worked quietly in the morning and completely removed the stump, per our agreement. Cons: It seems a little pricey, but I'm busy and I don't have time to get a bunch of quotes for yard work - so you know, if you don't like it… shop around. Once I agree on a price, he does not change it, so that's good. I spent $275 for 2 guys, a tall ladder and a truck to trim back tree branches, trim and remove vines from rain gutters and rooftops. They were here for less than an hour. I can't decide if it's a pro or a con, but they have really big trucks- so I recommend keeping any parking day/time restrictions in mind when you book them.

The provider was supposed to go to my residence to provide me with an estimate, he said he would call me when he was on his way. On the day he was supposed to give me the estimate, the provider was supposed to call a few minutes prior to his arrival. The provider instead went straight to my residence. Unfortunately, I was held over at my place of employment and it caused me to miss the estimate appointment. The provider (Esteban) called me to insult me, and he specifically called me and quot;stupidand quot; for not being available to obtain an estimate. The lack of professionalism caused me to tell him I will never need his services, and not to bother returning for an estimate
