Culligan of Los Angeles

Hey did the job fine. Beware that they usually use PEX (plastic) pipe for part of the job, even if the rest of your house has Copper. When I complained after the fact, they came back and replaced the PEX with Copper. I'm assuming they use PEX because its bendable / easier to install, and the pipe itself is probably cheaper than copper. But ultimately, they switched to copper, so thats good customer service.

I called them in December. I was frantic because I wanted the water to work before the holidays. It is part of their service. We had to wait two weeks for service. To do better they could have more technicians available so you are not waiting for two weeks for a system that I am paying for to work. In all fairness, they did give me two weeks rebate for having not been able to come and fix it. I would rather have the service than the rebate. They give you a four hour window so they are punctual. If they say they will be here between 8 and 12 they will be here between 8 and 12. They are very professional.

Well I left a voice mail message and he called me back to let me know that he no longer services the Edwards AFB area and that he has a new phone number that is not listed on this website and he asked me to post it for him and I agreed to do just that. Carlos Mendoza was the representative who inspected our water softener and drinking water system. He was very informative and honest. Its hard to find people you trust. Our system is not Culligan brand and he still came out and let us know how our system was working. I was impressed with his honesty and would highly recommend him for all water needs. Had water softener and water filter put into original house back in '98 for 4,000. Filter worked fine, the softener never made any difference at all. Moved to new house recently, had water filter removed from old house and put into new one. Was told 300.00 for this, which I paid. The guy had to come back THREE times to put it in correctly, because it kept leaking. I finally told them to send someone competent or there was going to be damage to my wood floors. When they came out to put in water filter, some Culligan salesman tags along and attempts to sell me a new water softener for over $3,000.00. When I declined, they billed me 100.00 for a "site fee" !!! Unbelievable. Not only that, they continued to harass us for bills that we had already paid, threatened us with bill collectors even when I had the receipts in hand. Bad service, bad book keeping, unethical salesmen.

They come on a regular basis and change the canisters often. They are very reliable and professional. The clothes and the drinking water are much better with this service.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH CULLIGAN'S SERVICE. THEY ARE PROMPT EVERY MONTH AND THE MAN WHO COMES TO MY HOUSE IS NICE AND VERY INFORMATIVE. I TRUST THEM TO MAKE THE DELIVERY WHEN I AM NOT AT HOME. THAT SAYS A LOT FOR THIS COMPANY.

WE ARE HAPPY WITH OUR WATER SOFTENER. WHEN WE MOVED INTO OUR HOUSE THE NEIGHBORS TOLD US ABOUT CULLIGAN. WE ARE HAPPY WITH HOW DEPENDABLE THEY ARE. THEY CHANGE MY BOTTLES WITH OUT US EVEN BEING THERE.

I USE THIS SERVICE AND THEY COME EVERY MONTH AND CHANGE THE BOTTLES IN MY GARAGE. I TRUST THEM AND THEY SERVICE MY HOME EVEN IF I AM NOT THERE. MY LAUNDRY IS MUCH BETTER, AND MY DRINKING WATER IS ALSO BETTER.

THEY COME MONTHLY AND ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND EFFICIENT - COURTEOUS AND RESPONSIBLE. ALWAYS RETURN PHONE CALLS IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR MANY YEARS AND AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE CULLIGAN SERVICE. OUR WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD USES IT. THEY ARE RELIABLE AND PROMPT. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. IT HAS REALLY MADE A DIFFERENCE IN ALL OUR WATER USES.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THIS UNIT WAS INSTALLED FIVE YEARS AGO AND HAS HAD TO HAVE SERVICING OVER THE PAST YEARS. POWER OUTAGES UPSET THE TIMER AND THEN SERVICE IS REQUIRED.

THE CULLIGAN MAN COMES BY ONCE A WEEK AND INSTALLS A NEW FILTER IN THE GARAGE TO SOFTEN THE WATER. BEFORE WE HAD CULLIGAN THE WATER WAS VERY HARD AND LEFT SPOTS, BUT I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM SINCE.

EVEN THOUGH THE REP TOLD ME THAT THE COLOR IS NATURAL, I FEEL A SERVICE CALL COULD HAVE BEEN MADE. THEY CAME INTO OUR NEW CONSTRUCTION ARE 7 YEARS AGO AND SOLD US ON THE SYSTEM. TO HAVE SOMEONE TO COME OUT FOR A CUSTOMER'S PEACE OF MIND IS NOT TOO MUCH TO ASK.

WE SURE DO LOVE OUR SOFT WATER. OUR SKIN IS ALWAYS SO MUCH SOFTER NOW. NO MORE HARD WATER STAINS ANYMORE. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME EACH MONTH THEY COME.

WITH MY WATER AND DRINKING WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEMS I FEEL CONFIDENT MY WATER IS ONE OF THE BEST QUALITY SERVICE REPS ARE ALWAYS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. WORK WAS OF HIGH QUALITY.

TOO EXPENSIVE! WE PAY ALL RATES A YEAR IN ADVANCE AND THEY STILL RAISE RATES EVERY YEAR, SO WE HAVE TO GO BACK AND PAY BALANCE. IF WE DIDN'T HAVE TO USE THEM, WE WOULDN'T. THEY ARE ON TIME AND SERVICE IS OKAY, BUT TOO PRICEY!

CULLIGAN REPRESENTATIVES ARE COURTEOUS AND PROMPT WITH THEIR INITIAL AND MONTHLY SERVICE. THEY ARE NEAT AND PUNCTUAL WITH THE TANK EXCHANGES. SINCE THEY ENTER THE GARAGE WITH A PASS CODE ON OUR DOOR I NEVER WORRY AS THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY AND RELIABLE.

THE SERVICE STAFF THAT VISITS YOUR HOME IS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. IF YOUR GARAGE DOOR IS NOT OPEN WHEN THEY COME TO SERVICE YOUR UNIT, THEY WILL CONVENIENTLY LEAVE SALT BAGS AT YOUR GARAGE DOOR SO THAT YOU ARE NOT WITHOUT. THE CORPORATE STAFF HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FRIENDLY WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT BILLING, SERVICE, ETC.

I'VE USED THIS SERVICE FOR A LONG TIME. SOFT WATER REALLY DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE ON THE CONDITION OF YOUR PIPES ON THE INSIDE OF THEM. ONE TIME I CALLED CULLIGAN AND SAID I THOUGHT THE NEW CYLINDER THEY HAD JUST BROUGHT WAS NOT RECONSTITUTED WITH SOFT WATER. THEY TRUSTED WHAT I WAS TELLING THEM AND THEY IMMEDIATELY CAME OUT AND EXCHANGED THE CYLINDER FOR ME.

THE FIRST TIME THEY INSTALLED THE SOFT WATER TANK IT WORKED GREAT AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY. IT DID BREAK AND BEGIN NOT WORKING AND THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO MAKE IT WORK SINCE.

CULLIGAN WATER CONDITIONING COMPANY IS VERY PROMPT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE CONSCIENTIOUS AT ALL TIMES, AND DELIVER THE BEST SERVICE IMAGINABLE.

CULLIGAN IS ALWAYS ON TIME TO CHANGE MY WATER SOFTENER. THEY CHARGE 60 CENTS PER VISIT FOR THEIR DELIVERY CHARGE. THEY ARE ALWAYS KIND WHEN THEY ARE HERE.

CULLIGAN HAS ALWAYS BEEN PUNCTUAL ON THE DAYS OF DELIVERY. THE GARAGE IS OPENED, THE CANISTER IS REPLACED WITH A FRESH ONE, AND THE DRIVER THEN CLOSES THE GARAGE AND LEAVES. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANYONE AT THIS COMPANY. THE WORK I PAY FOR IS PERFORMED ON THE TIME PROMISED ON THE MONTHLY INVOICE.

I FELT THE INSTALLATION PART WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. HOWEVER THE PRICE FOR WHAT WAS RECEIVED WAS TOO HIGH. COMPANY NEVER TOLD YOU WHEN PURCHASING THE HIGH COST TO MAINTAIN OTHER THAN REPLACING THE SALT.
