+ -1 moreI spoke with Sean on a Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for them to come and do a termite inspection Thursday morning between 8am and 9am, and they never showed up! They didn't even call. So I called them that Thursday afternoon, but no one was there and I left a voice mail; again, no one called. I called back Friday afternoon and spoke with Bobby and told him what had happened. He apologized and asked if they can come out tomorrow (Saturday), and I asked what time? Bobby said, let me find out and I will call you back. No phone call. Would you use them?

+ -1 moreI GUESS IT WAS GOOD. WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY. IT HASN'T BEEN THAT LONG, BUT WE HAVEN'T HAD ANYTHING COME BACK. THE INITIAL CONVERSATION AND EVERYTHING WAS AGREEABLE, AND I THOUGHT IT WENT WELL. WHAT WE NEEDED TO HAVE DONE THEY THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO DO THE BEST, AND THEY SOLD US ON THAT IDEA.
Description of Work: THEY PUT THE TINT IN THE CONDO AND DID THE SUBTERRANEAN THING, INCLUDING DRILLING HOLES IN THE CEMENT AND PUTTING SOME LIQUID DOWN IN IT TO KILL THE SUBTERRANEAN TERMITES.
