The quality of work was top notch but quite a bit more expensive than I anticipated.

I made arrangements to have them come out between 8 and 10 in the morning. At 9:50 I called and was told the person would be late. Why no phone call to tell me that? It was so I would not call another repair company. (for this I deducted 1 star) I needed two issues fixed and needed someone ASAP. My water heater broke so I needed that replaced and needed to have two water pressure reducing regulators installed. I specified both issues with detail as to what was needed done and what they needed to do the repair. When the repair person came out, he did not have the parts to do the repairs. This took him almost an hour to get the parts. The person who came out was absolutely the best repair person I have worked with. He was courteous, clean and efficient and everything looked great (so far). For this I recommend the company. The price I paid was high and I knew who ever came out was going to charge me because I needed it done. (for this I deducted 1/2 star) So while I would recommend them, be prepared to pay for their services. I was contacted by another vendor and they were about 1/4 less, but they could not respond timely.

I had a problem as the first repair did not totally fix the problem. I called the next day and they immediately sent out the repair person to fix the problem.

On time, George was fast and friendly. More than I wanted to spend but had to do it and hope it lasts.
