Description of Work: They installed the speciality roof on my house in 1997 with the previous owner. It requires regular maintenance and since November 2009 I have called them constantly to come out, inspect my roof, and make any repairs or restorations needed. Ninety-nine percent of the time I just got voice mail when I call and despite leaving many, many, many, many messages, no one ever called me back. On the rare occasions that someone actually answered the phone, all kinds of promises were made to me ("I'll have Jack call you back," "I think Jack has a work order for your house," " I think Jack went by," etc., etc.), no one ever came, no one ever called, no one ever responded or cared. Description of Work: They specialize in urethane foam roofs and coatings, and even though they are located in Sutter, they service the entire Sacramento area and surrounding areas. The previous owner had this company install the roof on my home, and I call them to come out once a year to inspect it. I have a flat-roof home, and because there is no attic space, there is no insulation. Therefore, a urethane foam roof provides that benefit.
