Description of Work: Painting exterior of home,garage and attached storage room, deck railing. Was told painting would take 5 days it took 6 weeks to get it completed. Did not put everything back where is was before painting, did not clean up after themselves. Had to call them numerous times to get most of it done and not all of it done. I had to pay him more than original quote. Trusted him with just his word, will not do that again. Claims to be lowest price when in fact I paid more that other quotes and more than his original written and verbal quote. Would never use him again or give any recommendation.

Description of Work: I called Randy Ronk out for an estimate. He made excuses why he was busy and need to come out on the following Tuesday at 2 PM. On the day of the appointment, Randy did not show up for the appointment. He didn't even bother to call and reschedule or cancel. Just left us waiting. I did not call him back. Local word of mouth is he's does low quality work and is not dependable. I thought that I would at least give him a chance. But, sorry Randy, I just have to conclude that your reputation is correct. We have friends that have hired Randy to paint their house and are not real happy with the job done.

+ 0 moreSeveral parts of the house haven't even been painted, the parts he has painted are already peeling less than a year later, and he neither cleaned nor prepped the house before painting. What's more is he hasn't returned to finish the project, and he somehow charged my mother for wood that he damaged himself. I've tried to elicit the help from the Better Business Bureau and the Contractor's Board, but he's managed to avoid them both. Ultimately, it was a horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: I hired them to paint my mother's deck and house.

Description of Work: Painted house inside and out. Owner called and kept appointments as promised. There was some communication breakdown between workers and owner. Good workers, but I had to remind them on occasion about what was agreed upon and supplies needed. Be sure to have everything written down and plan on overseeing your project.

+ -1 moreRand was prompt in returning my call and providing a quote. The work was started on time and completed on time.The crew was polite, efficent and maintained a clean job site.The quality of the finised work is excelent.
Description of Work: Repaint, same color, 2 exterior doors facia and gutters. Paint new exterior door and new garage door same color as existing.
