I recently had a family member pass away. My CPA said I needed an appraisal on some properties. Alan was able to help me out with a quick appraisal on a home and he was able to refer an appraiser on a commercial property located in a distant city. His work was fast and fairly priced and his referral to a distant location helped me immensely. I would use him again.
