Description of Work: I used them monthly for a while and had actually written them a good review because they were cheap and did a good job. However, we explicitly said they cannot arrive before 3:30 because no one is home. They came early once, didn't come back the next day, then tried to bill me a cancellation fee. I was upset. One of the ladies contacted me and said she will personally handle our account if we gave them another chance so I did. Shortly after, they again came early when no one was home. The emails I sent bounced back like their email address was fradulent or inactive. I alerted my bank to ensure they wouldn't charge my credit card. It was a mess! They called apologizing and again asked for another chance. It was just too much of a hassle so we've gone elsewhere and are very glad we did.

Considering they are a middleman who gets a cut, I found the price to be very good compared to the services where you go direct which is surprising to me. My usual place had a 2 person 2 hour minimum and they raised the price recently so I decided to shop around. I only needed 2 bathrooms cleaned so Weekend Maids sent me 2 people for 1 hour for $69. My previous guys wanted $178 to do the same job! Granted my old place left our bathrooms immaculate but at more than twice the price and twice the time spent they actually ran out of things to do and wiped down my kitchen which wasn't necessary but needed to kill the time. Weekend maids did exactly what I needed for the price that I wanted to pay. I plan to have them come back on a regular basis now that the price is more affordable.

They do an incredible job. They are very thourough and dependable. They try to send the same person. They work on weekends which is great for me.

THEY WERE VERY NICE, AND GENERALLY DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING THE THINGS WE ASKED. THEY WERE HABITUALLY VERY EARLY (1/2 HOUR) FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT, HOWEVER; WHICH WAS A PROBLEM FOR US AS IT INTERFERED WITH OUR SON'S NAP. BUT ONCE I POINTED IT OUT THEY WERE BETTER ABOUT IT. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.
