Description of Work: They did our whole house inside and out and even stained two decks. The workmanship was high quality. They helped with color selection and used high quality paint and stain. We are very pleased with the work.

However, out of all the people I met, Joon was the most professional. thorough and had a competitive quote. He was very knowledgeable, and gave us valuable suggestions for paint colors etc. He also helped me with locating other people for carpentery etc which I needed. I called him and met him several times, he was always there with a smile, and realized I was a first time homebuyer and was ready to talk and put my mind to ease. + -1 moreThis was done on time and the ceiling looks great now. I would use Joon again for other Interior paint projects. Joon came to the house three times and on each occasion, he and his crew, arrived early. Paint crew were very professional and hard working.
Description of Work: Joon provided an intial estimate to remove a ceiling paper, clean the ceiling, texture and paint. Due to the fact that we both did not know what it would take to remove the ceiling paper, the bid came in high at $2800. We had others that would not even bid on the project... My wife and I decided to remove the ceiling paper ourselves and had Joon rebid the job of general cleanup and prime and paint.

+ -1 moreExcellent overall experience. Mr. Park's crew was incredibly professional, clean and efficient, finishing the job in less than 2 days. The only neutral comment was that they are quite busy, and therefore the lead time was several weeks, but the notice they wanted to start was less than 48 hours.
Description of Work: Update: In September, 2010, SmartPainting painted the whole exterior of the house. 3 colors... a base and two trim colors. Very professional, fast, and clean. It took two separate days. The first day they power washed and prepped the house by filling crack and holes in the stucco and wood. Then prime and final coats on the second day. I have recommended SmartPainting to several friends, and they have all been very satisfied. Not the cheapest quote you'll find, but the best VALUE for my money. Original report: 2005 - Painted living room, hallway, and 2 bedrooms, including ceilings and crown molding. They painted 3 different wall colors plus the ceiling and trim colors. They used a premium paint that I specified.
