Work performed quickly and well.

Vic came to my house within a few hours of when I called him. He observed that the door (wood construction and 30 years old) was very much at the end of its service life and that he wouldn't recommend putting money into repairing it. However, he was perfectly willing to accept my choice to repair the issue at hand and defer replacement until later. He replaced the damaged cable as well as the other cable, corrected an assembly error he saw in the original door installation, and tuned the spring tension which gave the door better balance than it had before he arrived. I am very impressed with Vic's professionalism and pride in doing a quality job for his customer. The next time anything happens with this door I am calling him to do the replacement he recommended.

The installation was done quickly, professionally and on schedule. The old door and its associated equipment were taken away for disposal.

I asked if it would be best to spend the extra money and replace the unit and he was honest and suggested a repair, which was far less expensive. I would definitely use them again!!! I will most likely call them again in a few months to have all of our openers serviced and or checked out for preventative maintenance. Great job!!!

I sent Vic an email, late afternoon, and replied quickly and came out first thing in the morning to give me a free estimate. I agreed to have it installed and he promptly ordered the door and installed the following day! He is a very pleasant man and did an amazing job installing the door and everything else. Our new garage door is literally the best in the block. I also spent some time playing with the door after he left, I couldn't help myself. Value value value.
