+ -1 moreRick did an outstanding job! He came in on budget and finished on time. He spent two hours with us on the proposal and didn't charge us for his time. He really wants to get it right and make you happy. He is such a professional. I felt so safe having him in our home. We love our new kitchen and window seat. He even spoiled our dog and took her for walks while they worked on the kitchen. I can't wait for him to do our master bath. Thanks Rick!
Description of Work: Rick did a beautiful kitchen remodel. He added a window seat and an island.

+ 0 moreRick was the general contractor for the remodel of my workroom. Although he didn't do much of the work himself, he had an excellent crew and supervised them carefully, phoning and visiting frequently. At the end, he personally tied up loose ends. He was always available and returned phone calls quickly. He has a good work ethic, wants to do things right, is considerate of his workers and his clients.
Description of Work: My cold, dark workroom was improved with two new sets of energy-efficient sliding doors, new lighting, a gas fireplace, and over-all cosmetic make-over.

+ -1 moreHe uses contractors a lot of the time, so it's hard to say what the price is. I like him because he's very helpful and very easy to work with. He makes a lot of suggestions. This was a major project; you know that somebody doesn't go back to a general contractor usually, but with this new addition, he was the highest bidder. The work that he and his crew does is absolutely fantastic.
Description of Work: He is doing an addition on my house; this is the second one he's done. He did the first in 1995 when we put on a new kitchen and a family room, which totaled 432 square feet. This time, he's adding 552 square feet, but it's occupying what was the old master bedroom, so the area of the space is actually larger. It consists of a bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a master bedroom. He has been working on it for 6 months, and he's finishing up this month.
