Description of Work: The townhouse was purchased originally in a two bedroom configuration in which the master bedroom was expanded into the space intended for the third bedroom option. | |After requesting and receiving building permits for the work, he installed a new bedroom wall, reducing the master bedroom to its original smaller size option thus reinstating the third bedroom space. He installed a new door into the new bedroom's space from the hallway and added a bedroom closet with sliding/mirrored doors. After adding additional receptacles to comply with code and getting an inspection, he dry-walled, textured, and painted the bedroom walls. | |The completed job was very impressive.  + -1 moreIt was a real pleasure working with Rob Lopez and his crew. They were very professional, took pride in their work and finished the job ahead of schedule. We were especially impressed by the attention to detail, which extended in properly texturing over some imperfections on our walls as well.
Description of Work: Installed drywall over acoustic material (popcorn ceiling) in family room, living room, dining room and entrance hall. Total area is about 800 sqft. We wanted a smooth finish ceiling, so all the seams had to be covered and sanded several times.

 + 0 moreThe Contractor was very thorough, did an excellent job and was easy to work with.
Description of Work: Converted the study off master bedroom, into separate bedroom. He walled off/framed the opening for the load-bearing wall, from the master bedroom. Cut the opening to the hallway for the new bedroom door/framed and installed 4 x 12 header, the City of Cupertino only required a 4 x 6 header. He also installed a new wall for the new closet, built the shelf etc. and textured the drywalls. Everything was level and well built. He was a very knowledgeable and willing to squeeze us in. The work was completed on time and the quality was above expectation. Each of three Building City Inspections were signed off without any problems.
