 + -1 moreKen is extremely reliable, polite, courteous and does a great job. He spends as much time as is needed (all day) to do the job right. The price was fair, although I was not informed in advance that the one Gatorade stain would be $35 extra to remove.
Description of Work: Ken came over to clean the carpet in living room, office, 4 bedrooms, staircase, as well as 2 rugs. He also removed a stain from an orange drink and scotchguarded areas.
