I don?t remember the price exactly. They just did the job. They were excellent. They are ideal. They stand behind their work. If there?s a problem they would solve it. I would use their services again in the future.

Do not use this company. I haven't really talked to them because I had so much going on. I do not plan on continuing my service with them. I was very unhappy with them because they told me they would install the drapery, and then weeks and weeks later told me it is not avaiable.

I went into their showroom and was helped by a very nice sales lady. We scheduled an appointment and she came to our home and brought samples and measured two huge living room windows. After much deliberation, we chose a fabric and paid a 50% deposit. Within a day or two, I got a call saying the fabric we picked did not come wide enough for our windows. This was extremely disappointing--and totally unnecessary--as every single fabric measurement was in her sample book, right on the back of each fabric swatch. The sales person should know how to read/check available sizes. It's not up to the customer to figure this out. Reluctantly, we scheduled a 2nd in-home appointment but, unfortunately, didn't find another fabric we liked as well. She even tried to talk us into using our original fabric, with the shades split into two pieces on each window. This would have left an unslightly gap right in the middle of each window. NOT! Paul's promptly refunded our deposit. I called another 'A' company from Angie's List and our shades are now installed. This time we chose the perfect Hunter-Douglas fabric, one that came wide enough. Bottom line--the very same style shades ended up costing us a whopping $600 LESS than at Paul's and included cool ultra-glide pulls, which were never even suggested.

The designer was extremely patient and helpful. I would give it an A+. The installers would get an A++. Everyone was very friendly and also they were professional.

The sales lady was super! We needed 4 different types of windows covered, and she had great ideas for all of them. The Ado-Wraps are awesome (look like sheer draperies but act like vertical blinds) and perfect for the spot. The Duettes are top-down/bottom-up controls and work terrific for blocking out the light into the room. The installer was very professional and knew his stuff, giving me detailed instructions on how to operate and care for both. Although they were a little pricey, I feel that the price reflected their quality and experience. This company is excellent.

I was very pleased with this company on how they stood behind their work and how they quickly respond to your needs. I did have a small problem with one of the shutters and they came out right away and fixed it with no extra charge to me. My neighbors like the shutters so well that they have also used this company.

This company does an excellent job. He came to my house, and looked at my curtains, and seen if they were worth repairing. He took them down himself, and took him back to his store. When the drapes were repaired he brought them back with another person, and they hung them back up. The man was very nice, and did a great job.
